why have a doctor if no one will answer the phone to make an appointment

Dr. Chaplin was attentive, patient, and didn't seem at all rushed to get to the next patient. I had a similar experience with my previous provider at PeaceHealth Barger. It seems to be an exceptional clinic!

Dr. Jill Chaplin is an absolute blessing in my life. She has been my Doctor for about 3 years. She always greets me each visit with a genuine smile and a hand shake. She never rushes me out of the exam room. Dr. Chaplin takes the time to know my past and present medical history. Engages conversations asking how I am doing and discusses all my health and medication issues. She is encouraging, while at the same time with my various health issues does not make me feel like I am annoying or invalid. I say these things because over the years I have had Drs. only allow me to only talk about 1 thing. I have literally been told I need to make another appointment for my other health concerns. They are too busy!! I also had a Dr. for around 10 years. That didn’t listen to me. After being told to just elevate foot and ibuprofen two visits within a week apart. I called my insurance company explained my pain and symptoms and they directly made referral to foot surgeon. I had a severe ruptured Achilles’ tendon and immediate surgery. I wish other Doctors treated their patients like Doctor Chaplin. My husband would love to be able to switch to her. As you can imagine she is so fantastic she has no openings for new patients. I truly hope she never moves or retires. I don’t think I could ever find a Doctor of her caliber. Her team that works with her must have been hand picked by her. They are very attentive and friendly. I could not deal with Dr. Chaplin. She was cold and indifferent. I have found a new, wonderful doctor now in Eugene.

I quit her...I couldn't refill my gout medicine and had to go to urgent care to get a prescription. she is way over booked. she made me feel very small when I saw her traumatized by a move to Eugene because of the Atlas fire in Napa which burned my property and killed my dog. some like her- I quit her

I am completely confident in the care Dr Chaplin provides me. Her experience lends to her informed, open attitude to care. She stays on top of the current info in the medical field. I am comfortable with her. I highly recommend her as a family physician.

Dr Jill Chaplin is an ?? Amazing Doctor that really cares about her patients hands on " she takes the time to listen and Cares about your Problems & Needs " her staff are top-notch ?? Very blessed to have her as my DR" I drive from Salem to get top-notch Care .. ?? ??
