Dr. Jibran Khan

Doctor is nice but the nurse is rude. The service is rushed. Can’t answer any of my questions about the medication I’m suppose to take. Had a few time my prescription order and lab service was not sent out and wasted my time doing what I need to do. Will be looking elsewhere for a primary care dr

Dr Khan is a great physician. He is very knowledgeable too. Highly recommend.

Ive never experienced such poor service. My mom is sick and the doctor doesnt return phone calls and ive called the practice multiple times and was told, they will reach out to the doctor and have him return your call. It’s been over 3 weeks and still no call from the doctor! My next complaint- I had the doctor fill out a form so i can manage my mom’s benefits because of her health decline. I had paid the fee for the form but yet to receive the form and when i call for a refund after 3 weeks of not getting that form filled out. The practice states they dont have an answer from the doctor about my refund and it’s only 20 dollars so i shouldnt make a big deal about it! Ive never experienced such poor service. The only problem is the receptionist. She is rude if procrastination & rudeness was part of her job she would get 10 stars!

Place is so nasty looks like a abandoned clinic and the receptionist is even more nasty with her attitude wouldnt recommend to anyone

Awful staff, short and rude on the phone and to your face; awful wait times due to double and triple booking patients; sees you for 5 minutes after waiting over an hour for your scheduled appointment. Not sure how this guy keeps patients.

The receptionist at this place was awful. She was so rude. All I wanted her to do was verify my health insurance before my appointment. I called the day before my appointment. She didn’t give me a call back, so I called the day of my appointment. She didn’t verify it yet and told me she would get to it when she gets to it. And she was arguing with my wife over the phone. Been going here for 8years love it.

Last time I went to this doctor was about a year ago, I only stopped because I moved. This doctor is great, his staff are great and I couldn't recommend Dr Khan more. Ignore other people's reviews.
