Courteous, prompt and professionally competent service were the high points here.

I’m new to a Florida and hadn’t had an eye exam in years. Dr. Chang is wonderful, explained everything clearly, she listened, answered my questions…very easy to talk to! I can’t say enough good things. The entire staff was wonderful too.

If you're looking for a great experience picking out new glasses, this is the place. Everyone in the office makes you feel comfortable and they are great at helping you pick out the perfect pair of frames. Dr. Chang really knows what she's doing and is very thorough.

All the staff at Osceola are fantastic. They make you comfortable and feel right at home. Dr Chang was very professional and very thorough. Her team made it very simple in picking out the right pair of glasses and they did it all at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Dr Chang and her team to anybody looking for an excellent optometrist.

I wasn’t actually there for the appointment for our son but was on the phone and was so pleased with what the doctor did and discovered about our son’s eyes!!! Extremely helpful!!!

Dr. Chang is phenomenal! She was great with my 10 year old daughter! She fast and knows her stuff! Had my daughters prescription perfect and quick! Excellent experience. Whole staff was support nice and friendly! Highly recommend her! 10 stars if I could give it!

I had an eye emergency before the office opened (poked with a branch while gardening) and left a voice mail . The Dr. called me back very quickly and saw me first thing. I am so grateful for the quick response and fitting me in to the schedule. I have found a new eye Dr. !

Dr Chang's eye exam was thorough,professional and very instructive. She explained all procedures and visual abnormalities to be aware of. I was a patient at Bascom Palmer and their exam was so inferior to Dr Chang's visit. Am very lucky to be established with her office.
