Dr Stevens is a gem, or should I say a “Jewel”. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate!! Our entire family uses her or did use her. Couldn’t ask for better care from your family physician!! The staff is caring and amazing!!

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Stevens for 20 + years. I love everyone. They are so thorough with testing treatment and follow up on any area of medicine. They are also kind, thoughtful, giving. We could not ask for a better family physician office.

A family member of mine went there and was told wearing the shield instead of the mask was dangerous and she would not provide a doctor's note for it. This family member has health issues that makes working in the mask for 12+ hours unbearable. Now the CDC says the shield is safer than the mask because it also covers your eyes. I'm not sure where she's getting her information but I no longer trust her medical opinion. Thankfully the family members job did not require a doctors note so they did not lose their job over this. I've never witnessed a doctor with such a lack of empathy and knowledge. I love dr stevens and her np. They are amazing and very knowledgeable women. As a young adult they have supported and treated me for 7 years. Understanding and big hearts throughout the office.

Dr Stephens has been my doctor for 20+ years. I’m an RN and another nurse referred her to me. You know when a nurse refers a doctor to another nurse, it’s a doctor who’s very knowledgeable and caring. I liked her immediately! She takes time with her patients, she’s personable and looks you in the eye’s. She fast became my immediate family’s doctor and eventually my extended family’s doctor. She appears to be a small town doctor, who’s patients come from miles, to see her. She’s shared in my joys and comforted me in my darkest days. She’s become so much more than my personal care physician, she’s family. She added a clinical nurse practitioner, Amanda Roberts, to her practice a few years ago. Amanda learned from the best. She is kind, caring and very intelligent. I trust her completely. This is a great family care practice. As long as I’ve been a client, I have absolutely nothing negative to say! They are the BEST! Dr. Steven's has been my family doctor for over 20 years. She & her staff are wonderful to their patients. She is extremely up to date in her knowledge of new and traditional medical education and techniques. She and her staff are very kind hearted and make you feel at ease and like part of their family.. I highly recommend her to anyone. I truly feel and have medical ocomentation that she has saved my life more than once. I would highly recommend this Medical practice to anyone. All staff are caring and friendly

I've been a patient of Dr. Stevens since I was a very young teen. I am 42 now, & she is still the best doctor I know. Not only is she highly intelligent & knowledgeable about medicine & diagnosing & treating illnesses, injuries, etc; but she is extremely compassionate & empathetic. She's kind, funny, & easy to talk to. She also takes her time w/u & u never feel RUSHED. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. I honestly don't know what I'D do without her. Whoever Lisa is there, you need to take some classes on how to speak to your customers! My husband has been passing out and had a possible seizure. The DR ordered test, and we got the results online with them not calling him to tell him. It said he had a cyst on his brain, so of course we are terrified. I called them to see how to proceed and 3 days later we still don't get a call. So I call and had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa. I was asking her some questions and she would interrupt me with an attitude. I brushed it off until she finally scoffed and raised her voice and said "I DONT KNOW IM NOT A PHYSICIAN" I said you don't have to be rude, we are scared and just want answers. The whole time I'm trying to say that, she's talking over me with an attitude the whole time!! I couldnt get a sentence out without her interrupting me! I asked her for her name because I wanted to talk to her boss about the way she was treating me and she scoffs again and said "go right ahead!" I told her she shouldn't be talking to people like that who are scared and looking for answers, but again, I don't think she heard a word of it because she was YELLING over me the whole time! I have never experienced an issue at this office until recently. Dr Stevens has been my family doctor for the last 12 years, but after this last visit, I will be looking for health care elsewhere. The receptionist is very judge mental, belittling & rude when trying to discuss a billing situation with her and arrange an appointment. I have been sitting in a room for 45 minutes to receive a simple shot from the nurse. While waiting in the room I am able to hear them discussing my personal matters amongst themselves. This is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Very unprofessional. I have never experienced an issue at this office until recently.
