My first and only visit with Dr. Gonzalez was April 20th 2021. My experience with Dr. Jesus Gonzalez was terrible! I felt as if he didnât want to touch in order to examine me, it was like he was in a rush to get me out as soon as possible. My feelings about Dr. Gonzalez was confirmed when my pharmacist (CVS) called to tell me my prescription for blood pressure medication was ready for pickup but my shock was that Dr. Gonzalez didnât even tell me he was prescribing any medication and my check out summary doesnât indicate anything about blood pressure medication. Now Iâm confused because Dr. Gonzalez told me my EKG was normal and I had nothing to worry about but to be safe I was referred to MedStar Cardiologist for further examination. Dr. Gonzalez never mentioned anything about my blood pressure. I wish that visit was recorded for documentation because his bed side manor sucked! My primary care doctor wasnât available and considering my chest pain I decided to see Dr. Gonzalez. Normally I would have done some form of research prior but time didnât permit. After reading a few reviews regarding Dr. Gonzalez Iâm not shocked he seems to have an issue examining black people.

Dr. Gonzalez was very rude and unethical. He did not answer my questions, he insisted that he didnât âneed my visit to surviveâ and he has a reputation for not wanting to work with Black patients. This was a truly awful experience.

My first and last time seeing this doctor. Went in for a physical. My appointment was at 12:40 I didn’t see the doctor until 1:30. He apologized for being late because he had an emergency with another patient. Not my problem. He could have sent a nurse to let me know or something. Then he rushed through my exam. Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time for a 5 minute exam. Unacceptable. And to top it all off the nurses couldn’t draw my blood for blood work. Two nurses attempted to draw my blood 3 times in both arms and once from the hand and not one drop of blood was drawn. They claim that I didn’t drink enough water. I definitely will not be going back to this location.
