Horrible phone service! Professionals without empathy! I had to cancel my appointment 6 hours in advance because my baby got very sick, and the super rude attendant simply said that he would discount 75$ for the cancellation I made! It would be my second visit to the office, but this fact means that I will never go back and have a bad experience, because dental treatment is not cheap, and besides, at a time when I need the empathy of the professionals I trusted, they make me this undone, this rudeness! Anyway, I don't recommend it!

Dentist and hygienist are very friendly and professional. I will return because of them. However, receptionists are rude, asking about rhetorical questions and talking unprofessional and impatient, by which I was really disappointed. Hopefully this can be taken care of ! Otherwise this would ruin the customer satisfaction!

Friendly front desk and doctors. The place is really clean with an inside kids play area where kids can wait while adults getting their teeth clean. The doctors is friendly and caring.

Very professional, clean, and friendly. I previously went to AZ Dental and they kept overcharging us and our insurance for services we did not do. I will likely be returning to Sweet Tooth Care because of their good hygienists and doctors, unless they pull the BS that AZ Dental did.

I have been going to sweet tooth care for almost twenty years. Dr Nien is very good at what she does. She is also a kind and caring dentist. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to Sweet Tooth for at least 10 years now and the service has always been excellent! The staff treats you like family and are always engaging and nice to talk to during your appointment. The office is always clean and pleasant to be in. I hope to be coming here for another 10 years!

I moved to the Bay Area and was struggling finding a good dentist until my friend recommended Sweet Tooth Care in Milpitas. After a few disappointing and frustrating experiences with some other dentists I'm glad to be in good hands now. The team is great and always makes me feel comfortable if I'm nervous. Sweettooth has been the best dental experience I have ever had. They took me in on very short notice when I had tooth emergency and treated me gently and with caring. I have such a respect for the staff I went back for proactive care. The whole team makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

They were very warm and thoughtful, knowing that everybody gets nerves once they sit in that chair. Cleanings are thorough, but gentle - with the hygienist always asking whether I am experiencing sensitivity or discomfort. They can even pop on a movie during your visit! I have been coming to Sweet Tooth Care since I was a kid! I love the staff, they are attentive, friendly, and really care about their patients. Jessica has created a great practice that feels very homey the second you walk in. Before my first initial visit to Sweet Tooth Care, I had not gone to a dentist in over 8 years. I was extremely nervous and was going to back out at the last minute. However, I decided that my oral care is very important and I had already procrastinated enough. I went in and had one of the best experiences I have ever had. The Dentist and Dental Hygienist Stella were very sweet and professional. They knew I was nervous and took very good care of me. I have already went back for my second visit to have two fillings and I would say they're helping me overcome my fear of dental visits. I have been a customer of Sweet Tooth Care for many years. Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable; they have such an incredible team. They truly care about their work and remember you by name. I've been to several different Dental offices before and none of them can match the quality of work they do here. From my regular dental check ups and cleaning to complex dental work, they have always excelled. Their dental office is very welcoming, with soothing music and views of trees outside the windows. They also have a nice little area for kids too. They have state of the art technology and various dental experts at your care. Their prices are very good, and they have flexible payment plans for those who need it. I will be customer for life, unless I end up moving of course. What more can I say? I'm still coming here after more than 5 years and I still really like the staff here. The office is bright, clean, well organized. The staff is fantastic and very patient centric. The tools and care are both state of the art and patient oriented.
