Very disappointing! Not very caring nor friendly. Poor performance and experience. No professionalism for sure. Complete waste of time and money!

I was referred to Dr. Lubahn and saw her over video appointment. I have a lot of medical anxiety and was in a lot of pain. She briefly looked at some test results and started rattling off a surgical treatment plan. She seemed shocked when I teared up and couldn’t seem to understand why I was afraid. I had never had surgery before! She was impatient when explaining the procedure. Her after visit summary stated that I “did not tolerate the information well.” The after visit summary also stated that she counseled me on diet adjustments, which was a lie. That never came up during the conversation. Even my husband, who was listening in with me, said she was patronizing and awful. Thankfully we found another doctor who was more patient and empathetic.

Don't come to this "urologist" if you have any actual concerns. Unless you want to be told over a zoom call to just take iburprofen. Absolute joke.

The entire experience was plesant. She was careful and did a good job. Thank you.

Dr. Lubahn is an excellent doctor. She listens and is very knowledgeable about fixing problems.

I concur with Mr. Duncan. If there seems to be a problem Dr. Lubahn wants to find out what it is and fix it.

I had a routine check up as I had a tumor on my bladder a while back. After I changed insurance company I found Dr. Lubahn. She is straight forward, gets to the point, very knowledgeable and sincere. I feel completely comfortable with her. I highly recommend Dr. Lubahn.

I love the in depth exam since after covid 19 my vision has changed. It's the beginning of a new journey. I know I'm in good hands.

Dr. Lubahn found a kidney stone in my right kidney. It was too big to pass so she quickly got me in to have out patient surgery. She went in and blasted it. I never felt the little particals pass. She is a great Urologist!

Dr. Lubahn seemed to be spot on with my diagnosis and directives. Scheduling appointments, however, was/is terrible. The doctor wanted me to learn how to catheterize myself that day; "urgent". After making many phone calls and a day and a half later, the scheduler said she could finally work me in. Setting up the next appointment - a scope - took a solid month. After the scope, I was told the scheduler would call me within three days to set up the date/time of the in-office procedure. Almost two weeks later and after making making many phone calls, I am still getting no reply. The doctor and nurse I saw were great. The staff (scheduler, in particular), however, shows a lack of urgency, empathy and responsibility. If I don't hear back today, I will be forced to search for a different alternative.

Dr. Lubahn is very professional, listens with care to the patient, and is thorough in her care. My experience with her was very good. I am glad I was in her care.

It was very nice and everyone was very kind.

Staff was friendly she was cold as ice did not take time to answer questions and brushed over my concerns.

Doctor is friendly. She worked on my Mom and explained everything after post-op.

Dr Lubahn was caring, knowledgeable and informative. I had a bladder infection and prostate issues. I was treated respectfully and everything was explained to me. I could not ask for a better doctor.

Dr Luban has been sooo very kind to our family with regard to our mothers on going kidney cancer. We are on our 5 th surgery. Due to my moms age and having only one kidney this is our only option for treatment. Dr Luban has treated her kindly and expressed her desire to prolong her life with quality and dignity.

Dr Lubahn had alternatives to suggest in further treating my chronic UTI

Dr. Lubahn is the best. She is very thorough and concerned about your well being.

The visit was quick, but thorough. She was caring and professional. I walked away with a satisfactory answer. When I received the summary I noticed all the treatment options for my situation were not covered during our visit. I do have a followup appointment soon however and will ask her about those other options.

I had a bad bladder infection and many prostate issues. Dr Lubahn was excellent in her care, knowledge and bedside manner. I highly recommend her.

Very poor communication. I called several times and left messages and no return. I ended up seeing my pcp who was able to get some help with my pain. When they finally called back I explained to them what was going on and the nurse said your pain is not from your kidney stone since it is not blocking. I asked for some bladder spasm meds to be called in she said she would. Went to the pharmacy and no rx was called in they didn’t call it in until Monday. I no longer needed it by Monday. I have cancelled all my future appt and found a new doctor who listened to me and told me I had two stones I passed. Don’t waste your time here.

She made me feel so comfortable. Love her.

I went to this doctor for a few visits before I finally gave up on her. She couldn't explain things clearly. Her bedside manner was not good. Her personality seemed odd. I wouldn't recommend her.

Scheduling team was abrupt and moderately professional. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment with paperwork prepared in advance. They were late for my appointment by 5 minutes. Noticeable lack of information upfront and the abruptness was their insistence on payment before the appointment. No information packet was made available prior to appointment. Dr. Lubahn was professional and competent and what you would expect from a doctor. My main complaint is with the main office staff. I know that I am a bit picky, but if I am going to pay $1200.00 I expect a bit more professionalism from the staff. Dr. Good, staff not so much Scheduling team was abrupt and moderately professional. Had trouble with staff for labs getting orders sent to lab multiple times. No follow through. Dr seemed nice enough but procedure was extremely painful with the issue that I was dealing with. With the many doctors that I have dealt with for my illnesses was not happy with this office group. Would not recommend. Some of her staff were very compassionate and understanding and some were not at all especially reception staff.

This doctor did not really care to listen to me, and brushed off some of my concerns without really explaining her answers. The way she talks was condescending at times. I did not feel very respected. I cannot say I could trust her medical opinions.

I had a very complicated surgery on top of being riddled with cancer on top of everything but dr lubahn fixed me to the best of her ability & continues to keep a close eye on my continued issues & is a very caring dr

Dr. Lubahn and her staff were very friendly, listened to my concerns, and she was able to rearrange her schedule to get me into surgery just hours after my first visit wirh her. I would recommend her to friends and family.

I'm adding to my previous review since it all didn't fit in the last one. When Dr. Lubahn met with me to discuss my issue, she brought up another issue that I hadn't discussed with my primary care doctor. When she recommended a CT scan, I went to my primary care doctor to add on to the order to expand the order for this scan. This saved me additional tests and I believe weeks of delays to get to the resolution of my problem. I will be forever grateful to her! I highly recommend her!
