Excellent! Dr. Grace is truly the best, and her staff are polite and helpful.
My kids have seen Dr. Grace for 13 years. I really do love her. However, I had a really bad experience this time when trying to get my son's prescription filled. After two weeks and several phone calls to the office and to the pharmacy, I was finally able to get it filled. I was so frustrated that I thought about switching doctors. However, like I said I really do love her, and I will give it another chance for the perscription refill process to go better next time.

Office was filthy. Dirty walls like they have never wiped down by the examination tables. When the assistants came in to give the vaccines to my 1 month old daughter they were in street clothes (jeans and t-shirts). They did not even put on GLOVES!!!! To top it off the doc continued to compare my baby to her own. Very annoying. Quick to diagnose Torticulis (sp?). Got a second opinion, they found NOTHING..Now, my dd is super healthy and happy older child, very glad I got out of there!
She truly cares about my family and I love that she consults with Children's Hospital. The only negative comment I could have is the office cleanliness. It's not her fault but it's PHCN that she works for.
