Dr. Jessica Nguyen Gillespie

So glad Dr Gillespie was recommended to me. She removed a tumor from my face, still healing but I'm very happy with results. Her office staff are very friendly and helpful also.

Absolutely love my results! I had my surgery 12/30/2022 after losing over 100 lbs at 5'2. Everyone heals differently and everyone's body structure is different, so results do vary per person. I saw Dr. Gillespie in September of 2022. She completely gaslighted me. She came in the room stating she has to call her nanny so I waited until she finished that call. I’m a breast cancer survivor, those of us that have went through chemo and reconstruction truly knows the enormous emotions you experience for years afterward. I had my 3rd reconstruction and was not happy with the results so I did some research and thought Dr. Jessica would be a good fit to correct the problem. On the day of my appointment with Dr. Gillespie, I should have gotten up and walked out because she came into the exam room ready to dismiss anything I said. She completely down played my concerns and told me to come back and see her in a year when I know the corrections to my reconstruction needed to happen sooner than a year. I can assure you I will not be back in a year.

Dr Gillespie just preformed a breast reduction on me last week and the results are far better than I’ve expected & the healing is so far so good ! The staff including her were so nice throughout the whole process. So glad I found her and her team.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I initially searched google reading reviews for plastic surgeons. I scheduled an appointment with Gillespie and went over all of my concerns as far as my body. She assured me she would help. I’ve gone through surgery before and was well aware I should have been prescribed antibiotics to take home. I NEVER was prescribed anything until I caught an infection. I had to go to multiple appointments at least 2x a week for her to f/u. The infection was going on for 2 years. At my 1st post op she stated she could have done a better job due to me still having a LOT of excess skin. I reached out multiple times and she didn’t want to correct her mistake. I’ve seen several surgeons after her that stated the work was extremely terrible. I just had to dish out $6300 to correct her mistake. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone!

I love Dr. Gillespie and her staff. Dr. Gillespie is very good at the work she does and explains herself very well.

I would recommend Dr Gillespie to absolutely anyone looking for plastic surgery services of any kind. She is dedicated to the best interest of the patient 100%. I was scared and might I saw embarrassed to go to my first appointment. Dr Gillespie was welcoming and kind while at the same time being straight forward. In the process of scheduling my procedure she took extra steps to ensure she was providing the best care she possibly could. The results of post op are better then I could have ever hoped for. I am beyond happy and confident in my results. She is the best!

I absolutely love Dr. Gillespie. Her room presence is gentle and kind and she helped my Autistic son feel at ease when removing a large keloid scar from his arm two years ago. We came back today as the scar has grown back and is 2-3 x in size. I will continue to recommend her to anyone seeking her field of service. The lady at the front desk Sitting to the right, checking us in, had a cold personality and was not welcoming nor kind. She seemed irritated that my son had Medicaid and that it caused her more work to do even though we showed up 20 min early. If it were not for the fact that Dr. Gillespie is so kind I would have left and scheduled else where. I absolutely love Dr. Gillespie. Dr. Gillespie and her staff are friendly and attentive. They always made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions or addressed any concerns I would have.

My experience with Dr. Gillespie far exceeded my expectations. I sought her expertise to correct muscle damage and misshapen skin from an emergency c-section. From my initial consultation to pre-op, surgery, and post-op visits she thoroughly answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and set realistic expectations for my results and recovery. I am in awe at the results I experienced, and I couldn't be happier. I wish I had done this years ago! I cannot recommend Dr. Gillespie and her fantastic staff highly enough.

Do not use this company if you are trying to get your surgery covered under your insurance. Once the surgery is denied by the insurance company, they will not provide the additional information your insurance carrier is requesting in order to reconsider their decision. They will not even do a pier to pier telephone call with the insurance company. I have the money to do the surgery without my insurance, but I refuse to use this business. I refuse to be treated like an inconvenience when all I am trying to do is get something done that is medically necessary to improve my health. I went to Dr Gillespie for a surgery. She is very nice and professional and really cared about my opinion and whether I was happy with the results which I definitely was.

She did a great job with my surgery! She is very nice and answered any and all questions. A great doctor and I highly recommend her! Thank you Dr. Gillespie!!

Had a tummy tuck in February of 2019 after losing 200 lbs. Very happy with the care I received and with Dr. Gillespie. My results are exactly what she said they would be. I would definitely go back to her for any future needs and recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic surgeon! I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff! She is smart, meticulous, and personable.

I had a ruptured breast implant (13 year old implant that was not placed by this doctor) that needed to be removed. I decided to have both implants removed and not have them replaced. Dr. Gillespie did not try to pressure me to replace them, nor did she try to “up-sell” me on a breast lift. She felt I would be fine without one. I appreciate the fact that she didn’t try to perform a procedure that wasn’t necessary at this time. I had almost no post op pain after my surgery. If I ever decide to have another cosmetic procedure, I will absolutely go back to her. Very professional, and friendly. Great physician and staff

Dr Gillespie is the most considerate doctor I’ve ever dealt with. Not only was she VERY informative but very conscious of my concerns and thoughts. Last but not least after being disfigured for years from double mastectomy & reconstruction I can now look in the mirror without crying ?? I feel she gave me back my life.

Absolutely loved Dr. Gillespie! She made me comfortable & explained the procedure really well. I had a skin cancer melanoma which needed to be removed. She was so understanding & super nice! Dr. Gillespie was wonderful. After having breast cancer a few years ago, this new skin cancer melanoma had me worried. She put me at ease & explained everything. She was so understanding & great with me. My procedure went well & the after visit was great. Definitely would recommend!!

She wast great to have as my doctor. She explained everything to me before and after my procedure. She was fast and afficient. She did a good job. The people in her office were nice and helpful, too.

She is an awesome surgeon, and I am so pleased with my results. It was a long, difficult 5 hour surgery to remove a ruptured silicone breast implant from 1980. I am so pleased with the removal of both implants & reconstruction of both breasts by Dr Gillespie. Her staff are excellent as well. They are very organized & efficient. Her nurse called me at home to check on how I was doing. Dr Gillespie is the best.

Dr. Gillespie's knowledge and genuineness is above average! Her bedside manner is exceptional. After having a breast reduction performed by her, I would recommend her to anyone!!

Inexperienced is the best that I can say about her work. She does not deliver on what she says she will do (I choose to believe this is out of inexperience not deliberate intent). She shows you pictures but your result looks nothing like what she shows you (which any reasonable person would believe is the intended result). I would not recommend her.
