Dr. Sally and his staff are polite and caring. It is a pleasure to work with them. Over all an excellent experience.

Dr Sally is a well trained and devoted specialist. He focused on rebuilding tissue to stabilize the shoulder as an alternative to replacement. The recovery has been slow and painful but is ongoing and we expect more.

Dr Sally takes great care in seeing what causes injuries, including investigating how different muscle and joint groups work together. He is my go-to for every household member who has an injury or a chronic joint problem!

Dr. Sally is always so great see - my PRP injections helped my knee and myself get back to living a life pain free. Dr. Sally is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful and is great at explaining symptoms/procedures/why pain is occurring and how to help it heal. Would recommend him to anyone!

Takes time and explains things well

After being on workmen’s comp for a year, I finally got the ok to have a out of pocket prp injection, 6 weeks later I’m released to full duty. Anyone hesitant about this procedure should really look into it, without it I’d have been forced into early retirement. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Originally went to Dr. Sally to treat my shoulder. Found out about his stem cell treatment program and had my knee done. After 6 months, my knee is fantastic. I can't say enough about how caring he and his staff are (not to mention how great he is as a doctor!)

I was in intense back pain and had seen a Spine Specialist and Ortho Specialist from a prominent health system. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and have a synovial cyst. I was hunched over using a cane, crawling up my stairs. A coworker recommended Dr. Sally. I went to see him for a consultation. He knew immediately that it was not my spine. I visited his Fox Chapel location the next day and was given a shot. Within 4 days the shooting pain was gone. That was last December. Dr. Sally prescribed physical therapy which I went to for 5 months. I am now pain free and can again walk like a normal person. I am so grateful that I met Dr. Sally. Dr. Sally changed my life. I recommend him every day to people I see struggling to walk. He is a great Doctor. Lynne Fisher

Dr Sally and Regenex almost completely reversed my hip issues. My only other option was a hip transplant at a young age, so as you might guess I'm very pleased with the outcome. 5ks are back on the board along with most of my other activities.

Dr. Sally was able to perform my Spinal procedure on a day my usual doctor wasn’t available. Dr. Sally was very pleasant, professional and had a caring nature for his patients. My procedure went very well! No problems, no pain. I would use Dr. Sally again.

The procedure he did on my back seems to have been very helpful. He put platelets into my spine. I did not need stem cell therapy. Before I went I had pain in my lower back extending down my legs. The pain has really decreased.

I had a stem cell procedure on my osteo-arthritic knee (had prior ACL and 3 meniscus repairs / clean-outs over 30 yrs. )with Dr. Sally last Fall, and was very pleased with his thoroughness and attention to detail; I am 6+ months out since the procedure and my knee has improved substantially as compared to my knee's functionality before the stem cell procedure. Dr. Sally was extremely competent and very concerned about my comfort and success during the procedures he performed on my knee. He was very willing to take the time necessary to explain before, during and after my procedures and to answer my questions in a very understandable manner.

Now I know why Dr. Sally's mannerisms during care were curt. I have compassion, but he escalated his own troubles pushing his agenda, which ultimately will affect his child's life forever. I cannot support this kind of selfishness by coming back for future care, nor promoting to my friends or family.

He wanted to blame everything on my weight. He did nothing to address my symptoms.

First pain management I have seen out of several that has actually made a real difference, and is not focused on prescribing me medications for the pain. They have a very different approach and are the first doctors in a few years of treatment that have been able to improve my quality of life.

I had a stem cell procedure December of 2015 from Dr. Adelsheimer of the same practice. The medial side of my knee was pain free but I developed pain on the lateral side. Dr. Sally expertly determined that I had a stretched ligament and suspicious tear in the meniscus. He decided a PRP ( blood platelet ) procedure was sufficient. On July 5 of 2016 he injected my own blood platelets precisely where he determined the injury to be. After two months the pain went away and I am 100% pain free!

I had been to a physical therapist and to a Dr. at well known "sports complex" in the area, and received cookie cutter examinations, prescriptions, and no relief at all from my ankle pain. A friend recommended I see a DO who was experienced with alternative treatments, and I found Dr. Sally at RAPS. Best decision ever. I'm pain free with a plan of action should the pain flare up again. It's so great to feel listened to and to be a participant in your own treatment.

I have had two rotator cuff repairs (with other doctors) using conventional surgery. Both failed. I am one year out since my stem cell procedure and I am pain free and enjoying vigorous work outs. Dr Sally is a sports enthusiast himself. I feel he understood what I was going through and was empathetic as well as helpful. Office visits were punctual. Staff was kind and courteous. I highly recommend Dr Sally.
