Does not do his due diligence or care about his patients or job, which is fantastic when you're dealing with people's health, amirite? Dr. Perales is my grandma's doctor. She went to see him because she was having difficulty hearing with one ear. He never even looked in her ear, just told her it's age related, charged her and sent her away. She later got a second opinion, and a doctor who actually bothers found a large amount of solid buildup, which he then removed with a pressurized water stream.

BEWARE!!! Dr. Perales is the WORST doctor. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. My father was not feeling well - at all. His regular doctor could not see him because he did not have any openings - nor any other doctors. SO my dad called Dr. Perales' office and they were able to see him the same day. My dad goes in telling him all of the symptoms he was having WHICH mirror that of a patient HAVING A STROKE!! What did Dr. Perales say? That my dad was fine and NOTHING was wrong with him. My dad goes home and the next day he is not able to move and is RUSHED to the hospital in Pampa. There they inform him he is having a stroke and it is a MIRACLE he is not dead because it was massive. They then ask me why did he not go to the hospital sooner or to a doctor. After telling them that he did, they were shocked that Dr. Perales' did not detect anything as my dad was having a stroke then!!! My dad is now being taken care of and slowly recovering. So Dr. Perales - your Doctorate in Medicine must have been bought or you must have cheated in order to receive that degree. You should not be practicing medicine. There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe your incompetence. May God help your current and any potential patients see the ineptitude of a doctor you are and help them all find a doctor that will take care of their health. Shame. On. You. Sir. BEWARE!!! To begin the only reason I came here is because I needed in quickly for school and they were the first ones able to get me in, obviously because nobody else wants to come here. I came in for a simple annual physical for school and at the end the doctor just needed to sign a paper saying that I was physically fit to care for patients across the lifespan. But because it was on the same paper as a shot history of mine he wouldn't sign it. I explained over and over and over that he wasn't verifying my shot record because he didn't need to do that, all he was verifying was that I got my physical and I was in good physical health. I am not quite sure how these people are smart enough to run a doctor's office. But please avoid. If you need to find better quality Care go anywhere else. Should have never came in the first place and trust me when I say I will never go back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! I didnt know you could still get a medical license out of a cracker jack box but apparently "DR" Perales found one in his. Avoid this clown at all costs if you value your families well being. My grandfather had a serious case of pneumonia and "DR" Perales sent him home with no medicine and told him to rub vicks on his chest, two days later we had to rush him to the hospital where he was quickly diagnosed with a serious case of pneumonia. Dr Perales been my doctor for the past two years and I normally used him for my annual check up and didn't have any issue with him up until my last visit. During my annual check up I just asked him whether I can use a pill or not and his reply was to talk to my dermatologist. After I received my bill I noticed additional $86 bill for my visit and another $31 on the lab result. After I called the medical plaza and asked for reason I was told that he had perform some type of medical consultant and exam which was not covered under my insurance. The funny part is that after we performed all the normal checkup test and he asked me whether I have any questions or not I asked about this question and he referred me to my dermatologist which took less than a minute. I probably going to change my doctor and never be back again, you need to be careful about what you ask from your doctor, they can charge you for any reason and my insurance told me that they can't change anything unless my doctor change the bill.
