1-5-2023 first appt with Dr Moss. First doctor I have been to that did not rush through appt and LISTENED, asking questions as we went along. WONDERFUL DR, thorough and very friendly. Able to help me with ear problem lingering 3 months. Would recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor to treat patient "like we used to" be treated MANY years ago. We need more like him.. Office staff very friendly, knowledgeable & accomodating when I asked if I could fill out paperwork manually. A VERY pleasurable experience. Alison Barr Universal City

I will dr Jesse moss Forster but I call the pharmacy at walmart and I better see my regular dr if my voice keep going way a friend told them dr jesse said and I was told by pharmacy stop the meds dr jesse u good man but I think u rushing and you say why u here to who need help

Dr. Jesse Moss is the best ENT doctor. He's the only ENT Doctor that I will ever have. I've had 2 surgeries and I had no problems. Thank you Dr.Moss for my excellent surgery and recovery. God Bless you.

Of All the ENTs I’ve ever been to, Dr. Moss has been the best. He is extremely knowledgeable, has tons of experience, and is very caring.

Dr Moss is an excellent ENT. He operated on me and there was minimal pain after surgery.

I had my tonsils removed and a deviated septum repaired. Dr. Moss explained everything to me. He is very professional very kind I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Moss is wonderful ... what a refreshing way of seeing a doctor! I've suffered with allergies for most of my adult life. I've seen a few other ENT's before Dr. Moss, and most of them were trying to get me into surgery before I left their office. In fact, I had two surgeries before seeing Dr. Moss with not much improvement. Before seeing Dr. Moss, I had been suffering from ear drainage for about a year. I saw one of the larger physician groups, and they told me to just not get my ears wet again. I'm over 50 years old, and have always taken baths and showers without any issues. So I wondered why now that I can never get my ears wet. After that physicians group stopped accepting my insurance, I tried Dr. Moss and I'm thankful I did! Dr. Moss is a mature doctor that took the time to listen to me and find out what is really going on with my ears. He never spoke of surgery, which was very refreshing. Instead, he gave me the right medicine combined with specific instructions on how to get better. By following his guidance, my ears are now just fine! Dr Moss is a super nice man. Reminds me of doctors I had back when I was younger. Visit was very laid back and not rushed which is so different from any other doctors visit I have gone to which usually leaves my head spinning in confusion. Thank you Dr Moss for keeping to the old ways of practicing medicine. You are appreciated.

We took our daughter Madison to see Dr. Moss today. I just want to say what a nice physician and gentleman he was to my family. I was highly impressed with him taking the time to get to know our daughter and us. I miss the days when you can have an actual conversation with a physician and not feel rushed. I felt like he genuinely cared for her not only as his patient but as a human being. The young woman at the front was just as pleasant too. Exam was less than thorough. I spent no more than 10 minutes with him at which point he diagnosed me with a sinus infection and prescribed two different antibiotics. I do not have a sinus infection, I have eustachian tube dysfunction. He also said I have a very badly deviated septum that would require surgery. No other doctor has ever mentioned this to me and I've seen plenty in the last 40 years. This visit left me very disappointed and frustrated that I now have to schedule an appointment elsewhere. But that's better than being treated by someone I have no confidence in.

This just happened....10/10/2018 I just called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist was VERY rude. I stated to her that I was a new patient and the reason for my appointment is to get a lipoma checked. She stayed well you won’t have it removed that day. I know that....I am a new nurse. This Dr. was recommended by primary care doc and I was looking forward to making an appt. I guess I have to find another ENT.... I don’t usally write reviews, but to save someone else the trouble. Do not go to Dr. Moss, my 2 year old had been seeing him for about 9 months, within that time her tubes fell out twice in a matter of 3 months.The second time she had the procedure it was a mess and so unorganized. He does not listen to concerns. He made a comment towards me that was very judgemental and insulting. Also, his office is not very kid friendly. I just had such a horrible experience with him I had to switch to another doctor. I should have read and listened to the reviews before we saw him in the first place. Hi, my name is Julian Morell and I'm writing this in May, 2018. This is my painful, expensive, and nightmare experience with Dr. Jesse Moss, ENT-Otolaryngologist (Live Oak, TX). I would warn you NOT TO GO to Dr. Moss for any surgery. I had a surgery performed by Dr. Moss to remove parathyroid tumors in August, 2017 (North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio). This surgery was to correct my high blood calcium condition (hyperparathyroidism). This is a simple but uncommon surgery. The surgery was considered by all, as a COMPLETE FAILURE! No parathyroid tumors were removed and my serious condition still existed. I had to undergo a second surgery, experience more pain, pay another very large sum of money, miss more work, and risk myself again to an even more serious surgical injury. What upsets me, is that I was told initially by Dr. Moss's office that he was very experienced with parathyroid surgeries. And, Dr. Moss even said that he was experienced. I don’t think so. But, look for yourself; here is what Dr. Moss wrote in his own words from his Operative Procedure Report on my surgery: "... So, I then decided to do partial thyroidectomy ... This was submitted to Pathology. Hopefully, a parathyroid adenoma was in the gland." Well, there wasn't one! He just hoped that there was one. Luckily, 6 months later I had a successful surgery by another surgeon. The surgeon who successfully performed my surgery wrote; "The procedure was uneventful and he (meaning me) went home about 1.5 hours later doing very well and cured." The successful surgeon also wrote; "The ... surgeon (Dr. Moss) who has no expertise in this area, ..., 0 parathyroid glands were found. It is most unfortunate that this occurs since a negative operation is simply not a non-cure, but this can make the patient uncurable for life." I don't know how good of a doctor that Dr. Moss is in his other specialties; but, I would highly recommend that you find someone else for any surgery. Great doctor and staff

Dr. Moss and his staff took great care of my mom. He and his entire staff are very professional and very caring. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Dr. Moss rocks! If you want someone to tiptoe around and sugar coat your health issues, probably shouldn't come here. Dr. Moss is old school and tells it like it is. I've had ENT issues all my life and he has nearly eliminated them. I highly recommend seeing him!

Dr. Moss was referred to me by Humana Health Care in 2014. He performed a basic nasal procedure repair. There was no pain, and no post-op problems. My nose repair is still holding well in 2017. I am going to use his services again for a complex ear surgery this week. He is very well trained, and makes you feel like you medical condition is important to him. I would highly recommend Dr. Moss if you need surgery from an ENT Provider. His office (Angela) is always there for follow-up and support. Negligent is best way I can describe this guy. Wrote my son a prescription he is allergic to after surgery on his ears. It is clearly noted in his paperwork that he is allergic to amoxicillin. Moss just didn't take the time to look. Nor did he properly place the tubes in his ears. One came out within 2 months and sat in his ear canal causing sever infection and a ruptured ear drum. After seeing another Dr. we were informed that the tubes were not seated correctly.

The lady that works at this location Angela is very unprofessional and unorganized ..to call her self a so called healthcare professional . she does not know how to treat her patients! If she doesn't want to do her job than she should find another place of employment ! Very unsatisfied with the services!

The front desk lady is so rude and even yelled at me for what is her mistake and it is unfortunate because the Doctor is wonderful.
