When I went there a while ago.She entered the room with a grin on her face and asked me what can I do for you? In a high pitched voice.Hello? If I am there obviously I'm seeking you to check me and tell you my symptoms.Rude.

Absolutely the best of the best !

She has been my doc for over 25 years . Doc is very patient . The wait might be long but just like with anything else a good service is worth the wait. Once she is in the room with you she will sit and answer any question you have and dedicate all her attention to you. Might explain the long wait but so with it.

Even with an appt I waited almost 2 hours in the lobby and another half hour in the room. I was then told i was next but she went to the other 2 rooms instead. I literally walked out! What a waste of my time....and no. She did not have any emergencies that day. She just does a horrible job at scheduling her patients.

Dr Mathews and her staff are the best! They attended to all my needs during both my pregnancies and treated me extremely well. I highly recommend Dr Mathews to everyone!

I had a painful fibroid while 5 months pregnant and she just told me to go home and rest. Worst doctor I have ever had in any field. I ended up in the ER later that night and switched doctors immediately.

Fantastic doctor! She literally saved my life during surgery.

She's quite, but very kind and informative. I had my first child here. She was patient, I had preeclampsia, gestational diabetes. She help me and guided me in the right direction. Referred a dietitian which help me so much. Adjusted medication when needed. She was patient with me on the most vulnerable day of my life bring my baby into this world. Super long wait even if you’ve made an appointment. I’ve been waiting a full hour and a half and I still haven’t been seen.

Very well doctor, delivered all my three children with no problem, love her

Very attentive and nice. She listed to all of my concerns and addressed them timely. Her staff is wonderful and I loved that you can feel that we are important to them. Both the nurses and Dr. MATHEWS treated me very well.

Great care. She listened to my concerns. Will be returning.

Dr. Mathews is awesome! She's been my OBGYN since I was 22, I'm 45 now. She delivered all three of my children and always takes her time to answer all my questions. Her staff is also very professional and helpful. I highly recommend her!

There is a reason why this doctor has low ratings .. She is rude and unprofessional. There are so many other OBGYN that care about their patients. Please take my warnings and avoid Dr. Mathews at all costs.

I like Dr. Mathews. She's always very thorough. Sometimes there is a wait, but I know its because she's giving them the same care she gave me. I've been coming to her for years and she caught my issue early and scheduled me for surgery immediately. I'm very thankful for her.

I have been going in for my yearly physical for 2 years, what I have liked is that I get a call back with my results and have not had to go in for normal results, like in other doctors offices in the past

Moved from PA to McAllen/Mission TX area with our dog, pulled tick off me. In Mathews waiting room, pregnancy magazine stated to always tell OB if you think you may have been exposed to Lyme. I told her about the tick and asked if I should be concerned about Lyme. She said, That's the STUPIDEST question anyone has ever asked me! and refused to discuss. My daughter was born over three months prematurely and has autism. I moved back north 4 months after birth and tested POSITIVE for Lyme.
