I got a referral to Dr. Singer's office for my dad (who is 92), called for about 2 weeks and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE OR RETURNED MY MESSAGES. I gave up and asked my dad's doctor for another referral. No excuse for never answering the phone in over a dozen tries or returning any of my multiple messages.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jerry Singer for 24 years. He is an excellent physician who demonstrates a genuine desire to help his patients bringing a first class degree of care and compassion to all his patients. During many of the years I have been attending his practice I lived in Las Vegas for 10 years, and would travel from Nevada to Wellington just to attend my appointments. I now live in Florida again, and would not even consider going anywhere else for urologic care. It will be a sad day for me when he decides to retire.

Run like a factory. Healing involves the perception you are cared for…..u will not find that here.

This office overbooked appointments and you have to WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. Doctor doesn’t care. He instructs his staff to overbook and they know it. I have had 3 appointments with this doctor. Excellent service. They were all wonderful in the office. I had an emergency and needed an immediate appointment and they accommodated me. The PA is excellent and the doctor is as well. Both were very nice and spent a great deal of time with me, explaining everything in detail. They did not do unnecessary testing. The staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in a medical office. The staff displays zero compassion to clients. In fact, they can often be heard talking badly about them following phone calls. Be sure to ask for a summary of your visit, everything you told the doctor will be misreported and entirely inaccurate. Doctor Singer should be ashamed of his staff for failing to properly report symptoms and questions, as well as himself for failing to provide any timely care to patients.

Dr Singer is the best, good listener, answers all my questions with extensive knowledge, and very professional.

More appointments than seats in waiting room. I was a new patient and was told at least an hour wait. It looked more like a 3 hour wait so I left

First off, the staff was great. My issue is with the Doctor. Had 2 visits followed by an MRI. Next, I had blood work done 3 months post MRI as directed. When the office called with my lab results the doctor had written on the report his recommendation that I get an MRI. He had no clue that I had just gotten one. Now I don't expect him to remember every patient, but I do expect that he reads my chart and has some clue what's going on when he is going to recommend testing or treatment. Again, I know he's busy, but damn. That's just lazy. Or he just doesn't care to do better. Either way, not what I want when dealing with something that could be a very serious issue. Dr. Singer was very knowledgeable and caring about my condition. He took the time out to answer my questions and put my mind at ease.

Waiting for past 2 hours with unfriendly Office staff. Heading to closest Urgent Care Center. Unfair that patients are held financially liable for missed and reschedule appointment but Doctors are not ???? My time is just as important as a patient???

Well run office. Dr. Singer is very professional and caring, office staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Singer is the best. My husband has been going to him for many years and we couldn’t be happier. There are a lot of complaints about having to wait, but think of it this way.... a restaurant that you can walk into and sit right down without a reservation at 8 pm on a Friday night probably has lousy food. He’s worth the wait.

I am a new patient of Dr. Singer's and could not be happier. He spent a great deal of time with me, answering any and all questions. My last Urologist was always reactive with my kidney stones, never wanting to address my stones, until they became lodged and i couldn't pass. When i came to see Dr. Singer, i had a 10mm lodged in my ureter and many others in my kidneys. He explained he had to first remove the lodged stone and then address the others. Within 3 days, i was in excruciating pain and he squeezed me in, to his already booked surgical day, even though his office staff said he was booked. Dr. Singer replied he did not care, because I was in terrible pain. "Fit him in." He showed such care and compassion and I am forever in his debt. What a kind and compassionate caregiver, who cares about his patients. I am 2 days post op & on my way to recovery. I look forward to his proactive treatment of my 14mm & 7mm stones, not yet painful. I KNOW he will help me. Such a relief.

He saved my life.

I've been to see Dr. Singer about four times in the last three months and he and his staff are extremely unorganized. They forgot to log in an appt. time they gave me, call multiple times for the same reason (like with lab results or to confirm an appt.), and even called my cellphone to ask if I was going to show up for my appt. while I had literally been sitting in their waiting room for the past 20 minutes and was the only patient in the waiting room at that time. My last appt. (3/14/19) I had a 4:30 PM appt. and didn't see Dr. Singer until 6:00 PM. When I complained about having to wait so long, one of his staff said she'd been warning him about overbooking for 15 years. When he finally came into the exam room he offered the cursory "Sorry to keep you waiting" but offered no explanation for the delay. I don't think Dr. Singer considers his patient's time as important as his own. Oh, and the garbage can in the exam room was so full the lid couldn't close (see photo). I won't be returning to see Dr. Singer and will inform my GP, who referred me to him. I’ll begin this by saying that 1) Dr. Singer is a very nice guy and 2) I am a terrible patient with little to no pain tolerance and I’m sure he is happy I will not be returning to his practice. However, here is why I recommend you never show up in the first place: My first appointment, for a consult, was 40 minutes late. My second appointment, for a procedure that did not work at all, was also close to 40 minutes late. I had taken medication in anticipation of the procedure being on time and it was already beginning to wear off by the time he began. My third appointment, a followup, was scheduled for 2:20. At 3pm, I was told there were still 3 patients ahead of me. When I asked the girls at the front desk if there was ever a time that the office wasn’t backed up, they literally laughed out loud, but suggested first thing in the morning so I rescheduled for the following Friday at 8:30am. The nurse took me back at 8:32 and I was very pleased; however, after 5 min of initial stuff, she informed me that Dr. Singer was in the middle of a procedure and would be done in 45-60 minutes. Then he had 2 more patients to talk to before me. I asked why anyone would make an 8:30am appointment to not be seen for hours after. I walked out. The women at the front desk informed me that Dr. Singer instructs them to book this way and to take it up with him. I asked how I could reach him, and they said they’d leave him a message to call... I still have not heard anything back. My procedure was done in January and I am not fixed and Dr. Singer doesn’t seem concerned in the least. I can’t wait to fight with my insurance company over not paying for the ultrasound I never received the results for. Also, don’t even bother trying to call mid-day as they will leave you on hold for upwards of 10 minutes... I think they just forget because I would hang up, call back and then they’d help me. I have never in my life dealt with a less professional office. I feel bad for the staff because it’s obvious they are completely overwhelmed and short-staffed. You may have to wait a little bit but it's well worth it. Great doctor nurses and staff. Parents been going to him for years .

Dr. Singer is a great doctor and I highly recommend him. He spends time with his patients and he is very attentive and a great diagnostician.

I've been going to Dr. Singer for about 25 years. Best Urologist I've ever seen. That rare occasion when I can't see him has shown me he is the best, besides his professional care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jerry Singer for 23 years. He is a most knowledgeable and competent physician in his field. (In my opinion) His staff are very professional and pleasant. I lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for 10 years and would fly down to Florida for a day just to see Dr. Singer. I would never consider seeing any other Urologist when my health was concerned. I eventually returned to Florida to live full time, and continue with my bi-annual visits to his office or if I have any health issues should arise that would require attention. I would endorse Dr. Jerry Singer to anyone who wishes to see a Urologist.

Doctor Singer is simply the BEST! He is compassionate and caring and attends to every detail of concern. Dr. Singer always takes the time to explain in layman's terms everything a patient would need to know about their health issues. I have already recommended Dr. Singer to several of my acquaintances and will continue to recommend him in the future. I must also add that his staff is always professional and courteous.

Dr Singer is the only urologist who has been able to help my problem. He is very caring, professional and thorough. I have referred him to other people and will continue to do so. The office staff is professional and efficient.

Brilliant and caring doctor. I have been a patient for 16 years and not only does he have expertise about his field, he has given great advice about unrelated health conditions. His staff is great and they all deserve a gold star. Visiting a doctor has become so complicated especially for the staff. Patients don't have referrals, did not bring labs and xray results from their other doctors and sometimes don't even know why they were referred. Thani you, Dr. Singer

After 10 years on different medicines from other doctors that gave me more side effects than benefit, Dr. Singer, with one minor, 2 minute procedure in the office, cured my bladder issue. No more medicines! He was great and his staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was approved by my insurance.

I saw Dr. Singer 5 years ago for an enlarged prostate. After several months of treatment with drugs, he suspected there was a different problem and gave me a cryptography. His suspicions were confirmed. I had bladder cancer. I've been treated with bladder baths and have been cancer free the past year. I’ve found Dr. Singer very caring, attentive and communicative. He never rushes. He explains every procedure and minimizes my discomfit. I highly recommend Dr. Singer. Stu in Lake Worth

Most unprofessional, under-staffed doctor's office I've ever been to. Every appointment has been at least 30-40 minute late. My last, scheduled for 8:30, began on time and then I was told Dr. Singer would see me in close to 2 hours so I walked out. The girls at the front desk told me to take up the terrible scheduling with him, but he hasn't called me back. Also, the procedure he did didn't work and he hasn't followed up about any of it. TERRIBLE.

I've had about four office visits with Dr. Singer, and his admin. staff is incompetent. They 1) forgot to log in an appt. time they gave me; 2) call multiple times for the same reason, like lab results or to comfirm the same appt; and 3) called my cellphone to ask if I was coming to my appt. while I was SITTING 25 FEET AWAY IN THE WAITING ROOM. Last week's appt. was the straw that broke the camel's back, when I waited an hour and a half to be seen despite having an appt. I'm not returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Singer for over 10 years , he is a great Dr. he is very professional and yet he makes you feel like a friend.having to go to a urologist is never easy , yet Dr. Singer and the staff make you feel as comfortable as possible. Most importantly I am cancer free for 10 years ! Thank you Dr. Singer and your wonderful staff !

Dr. Singer has been my doc for 8 years, and is by far the most compassionate and thoughtful doc in West Palm. He is attentive to all my issues and has made all procedures and costs clear before we make any decisions. Staff is great and super helpful too! Would recommend him to a family member.

Called and scheduled an Apt to have my testosterone checked. Since my insurance doesn't cover it, I asked Jenny how much it would cost to pay out of pocket. After the visit and having blood drawn, I paid $210 and went home. A month later I got a bill from Quest Diagnostics for $283, and when I called Jenny to get her and Dr Singer to remove it, she was very rude and said there was nothing she could do, and that I had to pay it. Very nasty person.

He is very friendly, responsive, and compassionate. With regard to his expertise, I am not completely confident in his diagnosis, but I also have anxiety issues as well. His office staff is fabulous. He has treated me for prostatitis, and put me on an antibiotic; yet the pain has not entirely gone away.

Dr Singer has been treating my father for a high PSA for years. His doctors had always checked for cancer in Williamsport, so we knew he had a high PSA, but now my father is battling cancer. The only place he could have gotten it is from his prostate.

I am referring any friends or relatives that need a urologist. I have been to 2 other urologists in the past and switched to Dr. Singer because of my insurance company. Dr Singer and his staff are tremendous. They always go out of their way to help anyway possible. They always make a visit to their office as comfortable as possible. Everyone of them is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The office runs like clockwork.

Dr. Singer was extremely rude left me in the stirrups for 1 hrs. And 40 min.before he came to examine me. He did not say one word to me when he came in the room, then picked up a long tool and put it in me, turned it once, removed it and walked out of the room. His assistant told me to come back in 2 week's. I cancelled the appointment and found a new Dr.

He is smart, professional and caring!

Dr. Singer helped me with my recurrent bladder infections, but I also sing his praises for my husband's care. He simplified his therapy and saved us hundreds of dollars by prescribing insurance approved medicines (instead of paying cash at the men's health clinic). My husband feels great now.

Dr. Singer is extremely bright, professional and caring. He explained my condition in terms that I could understand and gave me the pros and cons of different treatments. I was very impressed that when he recommended a certain test, he was very clear about how his therapy would be altered depending on the results. His staff was friendly and efficient and pushed my insurance to cover an expensive medicine. His office is new, clean and calming. I have already recommended a colleague.

Dr. Singer is a good urologist but he hides behind phone recordings that make reaching a human being difficult. The staff itself are always busy on the floor and once reached are rather cold. Forget talking to the doctor. Appointments can also take a long time, however, once you are seated in his office he is patient and attentive. Go figure. I am unhappy with that situation.

The doctor is completely inaccessible unless it's during an appt. He is attentive at that time. If you call his office a recording will give you 4 choices, none of which is for medical questions involving your ongoing care. You will be told that all staff is busy and to leave a message. You will be lucky to be called back by a receptionist. Forget the doctor, even for a quick question. His business model involves minimal, unfriendly staff, long waits in the waiting room and for appts.
