Dr. Bauer saved my career! I had a 4 level c-spine fusion for severe spinal stenosis from arthritic changes. Other neurosurgeons diagnosed me with something different that would have ended my career and severely limited my mobility. Kind, compassionate and caring.

He has got to be one of the best doctors I’ve ever met and been treated by. He literally changed my life. Trust me I’m a nurse I’ve had a lot of experience with doctors. Takes the time to actually listen to you and is never in a rush. Amazing man. I was 32 years old when he did serious spinal surgery on me and would probably not be able to walk if it wasn’t for him. 20 years ago I broke my neck and Dr. Bauer removed three vertebrae. This was before high tech was high tech. I am still walking, talking, and enjoying a life that was almost taken away from me. You would be lucky to experience this dedicated surgeon.

Had numerous doctors agree of a head injury at work at last job. But Dr. Bauer seemed to think different after he performed an "evaluation" where he just rudely asked questions and did a couple of different tests. Was in and out pretty quick, not enough time for a thorough evaluation that would potentially impact compensation and finances over the next few years. In all honesty, was not impressed as he really seemed to have more concern for a wealthy corporation paying him to do the "evaluation" than the patient who is experiencing pain and health issues. For work related injuries, would look elsewhere to a doctor who has more concern for the patient. Had numerous doctors agree of a head injury at work at last job.
