Had a very nice meal delivered to a patient for Christmas, unfortunately the employees stole it before it got to them. Happens frequently there according to security.

First time visiting. Very warm welcome at the front desk. A Gentlemen greeted me and guided me through the proper visitor protocols. Covid testing(although not needed) but very professionally done by friendly female manager in a spacious large clean space. Calming well cared for, green plants throughout… Very fast and complete. Clear directions given by her to navigate to the location of room. Greeted by wonderful female aide who updated me on detail of resident. After my visit the 2nd floor front desk personnel ( very attentive to activity) near elevator saw I needed assistance to proper elevator and responded by my body language. Upon leaving the Main floor, the Main desk team asked and directed me to the proper parking lot upon exiting. Fantastic “customer service”. Very impressed. The Physical Therapy Dept is very caring. Ms.Gabrielle in OT- PT is wonderful as well as whole staff. 5***** -Thomas H Davis, DMD

Staff is caring and responsible in dementia unit. Building looked neat and clean. All patients were being treated with dignity. Staff is willing to communicate with our family. We are happy our loved one is safe and secure at Bridgewater.

Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly. I always feel very welcome when I walk in. The nurses really care about their patients and residents, and the administration is so friendly and treat you just like family!
