Courteous and friendly staff. Small wait times Dr was professional and sympathetic.

Quick and thorough attention to my annual Medicare physical.

I have seen Dr. Rubbelke for many years. He is very thorough and caring. His office staff is very efficient.

Dr Rubbelke has been my PCP for 20 years and has always been attentive, personable, professional and caring. He spends sufficient time and is an awesome doctor.

HAD 8:30 appt. which I made over a month ago. for check up for med renewals.. Waited approx. 45 min in lobby. Then waited 19-15 min in exam room. Saw Dr. for 10 min. I am NOT complaining about my Dr. since he always is efficient and addresses my concerns. I am complaining about the wait time and obvious overlooking. Dr. Rubbelke has been my primary care physician for almost 4 years. I told my wife the other day that I feel lucky that I found him. I don’t feel like I’m just a number when I see him. He is supported by a friendly staff.

Dr. Rubbelke is a great doctor and takes his time to listen and work with you. Never feel rushed and he cares.

General check up

He went over my entire medical record from home. Got me some prescription pills and great recommendation for a specialist. Smart, efficient, interested in my problem. Will be back when I need a doctor again.

He is a wonderful Doctor. He addresses all of your needs and questions. He might run a little bit behind because he makes sure you're taken care of. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr Rubbelke is the best caregiver for me. He has brought me through so many different steps in my life. I’m with him for over 15 years now and will only change if he retires. Hopefully this will be a long way off. He requires professionalism and patient care from his assistants at all time and makes every doctor visit personal. Never forgets any health complaint. I have been a patient on and off for 20+ years. Always a good visit. He listens to qhat you have to say and asks your opinion on what he thinks.

Have been going here for almost 20 years now and love everyone at the office. Am sad to see that two of the nurses (Bri & Lori) have moved to other locations but will continue to use Doc Rubbelke!

No follow up, no explanations without asking probing questions. It's like grilling a hostile witness. He also recommended a surgeon to me who rated 3 out or 5 stars. Sorry, but I am NOT seeing that surgeon. I stopped seeing Dr R over a month ago after a serious diagnosis. He apparently is not concerned that I have not made any follow up visits.

Dr. Rubbelke is a remarkable doctor. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and always pleasant. I always leave his office with solutions to my ailment. He truly cares about his patients.

Been with Dr. Rubbelke for several years after moving back from Albuquerque. Has been my daughters physician for years and she loves him. He is a great doctor and I have found his bedside manor very easy.

I had my first appointment with dr. Rubbelke and it seemed very pleasant. He was cooperative and attentive and prescribed me the same medications I had previously been prescribed by my pediatric dr. However, one of the dosage of my medications was increased and come to find out mid way through the month my insurance will not cover it (according to his staff). Laurie, his coordinator informed me that even though this circumstance he put me in will cause me to run out of medication early there is nothing he would do to fix it. I scheduled an appointment to see him in person and have another check up. Laurie and staff were very friendly and helped me resolve the issue. Great doctor and staff. Worse Doctor I have ever met. He is more worried about billing insurance and profits than he is about your health. He is terrible and needs to retire. He has no knowledge of anything to do with health and medicine. Protect yourself and stay away from this guy.

Doctor Rubbelke has been my doctor for many years. I find him to be very kind , listens carefully to my concerns, and when I leave I always feel better. To me he is a caring Doctor with a gentle bedside manner.I have had several health issues these past few years and Doctor Rubbelke has always sent me to very fine specialists.Iam grateful to have such a nice, excellent caring Doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Rubbelke for over 15 years. He is friendly, listens well, and spends enough time to properly diagnose. I trust him completely. His staff is very nice and will get any message to the doctor in a prompt and sympathetic manner. His entire office is fully automated for efficiency. This includes having your chart on the exam room computer, faxing prescriptions directly from the exam room, and an onsite lab. His office will always accommodate emergency appointments and even set you up with one of his associates if he is unavailable. His office also has a full time nurse practitioner.
