Very good care provided I would recommend to others

The staff is courteous and efficient and Dr.Carter is very concerned with finding the best treatment for pain relief. I will be trying tens unit stimulation and I am hoping to get some control over my pain.

DR. CARTER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND LIKEABLE. DR CARTER EXPLAINED THINGS VERY CLEARLY AND UNDERSTANDABLE. I WAS A BIT ANXIOUS ABOUT GOING FOR MY APPOINTMENT, BUT I WAS MET BY A VERY PLEASANT OFFICE AND STAFF MEMBERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. CARTER AND STAFF TO ANYONE SEEKING HIS EXPERTISE!

I have been seeing Dr. Carter for about 2 decades. He always addresses my issues and informs me options to take care of my pain. All the staff in both offices are wonderful. I strongly recommend him!

Dr Carter is very clear and easy to understand your isues and then what he proposes to help. Also, he answers all your questions.

I love Carter & his office. They are the most kindness & caring people. I could barely walk when I first started seeing them. They have helped me get my pain under control. He knows what he is doing and I love the fact that he don't just give you any meds & only gives you what you need. His staff is always so helpful & not just there to get a check they truly care. I have recommended 3 my friends & they love this place also. If ya need a good Dr go see carter ya want be disappointed.❤️

Dr. Carter’s office is very friendly & patient with their patients, especially the office manager Sam. But they are ALL extremely extremely friendly. Dr. Carter make sure that all your pain needs are met every time you go in; and I go out of his office feeling comfortable with everyone of my visits. I’ve been seeing Dr. Carter for many years!! Thank you to his staff & Dr. Carter.

Dr Cares about patients. Staff cares about patients. Very helpful with pain management.

I have been seeing Dr.Carter for a few years now, I wouldn't change for anything. He listens to my concerns and offers a few different ways to approach them he gives me his recommendation then let's me make my choice. He is the first Dr. Who really listens,that is important to me. His staff is always friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend his practice.

From the momentI arrived, Ann took care of me. Very friendly, and very helpful. I was in quick and the young PA’s were nice and courteous! The young lady took my sample and got to see the very sweet, Dr. Mikki. She asked me a few questions and answered all of mine. She listened! Made my pain mgt plans and checked out! Dr Mickey, Giovanni and Lupe are amazing!!!!! You're treated like a family member not a chart number. They listen to your needs be that emotional, mental ,and physical. I lost my mom recently and Dr Mickey wiped my tears. I highly recommend them

In and out majority of the time. She listens asks questions and very professional. Staff are friendly.

Dr. Carter is always willing to listen to any concerns or problems that I have ever had, and always offers a solution or an alternative for me to try. I love it that he has compassion and really seems to empathize with my situation. I would truly recommend him to my friends.

Dr Carter is a good Doctor that cares for his patience. He has a wonderful bed side manners. He is down to earth and you can ask him anything and he will answer to the best of his knowledge. Thank you Dr Carter for you service.

The staff is great! They get you in and out quick and care about your well being.

A big thank you to Lupe at Dr. Carter's nurses station, Office Manager Amanda, and Jackie at the front desk for taking my calls. Dr. Carter's staff worked to resolve a major insurance preauthorization issue for me. I cannot thank them enough.

It was my first visit and I was very happy with all of the people I interacted with-and it was a lot. All of the office people were very helpful-answered any questions that I had. I really liked Dr. Carter-he explained in detail how my procedure would be done, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

I couldn't imagine not having someone like Dr Carter and staff who are not only efficient but empathetic. Safety also is in high consideration but information regarding Covid-19 is readily available.

All of the staff as well as the doctors are very professional and always willing to help you any way they can. Absolutely couldn’t ask for more caring people!

I've been seeing Dr. Carter for about 3 years now. He has been a LIFE saver in helping me avoid painful surgery. His staff is efficient and helpful as well.

Excellent Doctor and Staff, always friendly and attentive to the patients needs. The Doctor and Great staff instantly create a safe and welcome space so that they can quickly and expertly attend to the reason for your visit.

Dr. Carter has made my quality of life immeasurably better. He is compassionate and caring as well as being extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is what a good physician should be.

I've been seeing Dr. Carter for about 15 years now. He has always been a very caring man, not just a doctor. He is truly concerned about how his patients feel. I always recommend anyone, who needs it to see him.

I am in my 70's. they had me take about a 20 page test. Their "GOD" physiologists recommended that I have only a choice of 3 drugs----2 of which make me sick and the other one doesn't work I am extremely sensitive to all sorts of medications. There is one I have taken in the past (after surgery )that I KNOW works and doesn't make me sick BUT their "GOD" says no. I HAVE NEVER Never abused drugs and have really never been on pain medication. Even the one that I KNOW works---all I take is 1/2 of the smallest does they make BUT NO because their "GOD" doesn't recommend it

Dr Carter and his staff are very nice and they listen to you. He has done numerous injections and most of them HAS help me a lot. After my procedure, the next day his nurses calls to see how i am doing. If you wanna feel better please try here, if you just want strong meds...well you might wanna keep looking.. Being in pain is a hard thing to deal with and I now understand all the processes and steps necessary to get the proper treatment. I am thankful now that all these steps are there for a reason and that he truly cares about the patient thank you dr. Carter.

Physical therapy, tons of injections, nerve tests, discograms, and all sorts of things only to be told all they could do is prescribe pain medication. After switching doctors to Dr. Carter, he deemed me ‘too young’ for pain medication. I’m in my 30s. I’m extremely frustrated. I’ve done everything he has asked if me, but he refuses to help me out.
