I hate to leave such a terrible review but it is for several reasons. First, the woman at the front desk wasn't wearing a mask. I understand that people want to be able to freely make that choice for themselves but as a person with an autoimmune disorder going into a health practice, this is not ok. My wife asked her to put on a mask and did not get a pleasant response (though she did put it on). Second, the doctor was not kind to his assistant. He was impatient and sarcastic and made dental surgery very uncomfortable. Third, the gum graft procedure didn't take. I understand that this can happen and signed paperwork stating so. That said, I've seen a second dentist now and was told that the inflammation in the areas should have been taken into account and that there was a good chance from that start that it would fail. It was an expensive, painful procedure that took time to recover from with no positive result. The area is still sore six weeks later and I'm getting care elsewhere. The only reason I'm not leaving a single star is because I do think the doctor cares, he explained the procedure well and was available to text in the weeks following the procedure. But overall it was just such a bad experience that it can't make up for everything else. I hate to leave such a terrible review but it is for several reasons.
