Always very efficient and supportive and caring

Dr. Shuster is friendly, efficient and highly knowledgeable. She's a GYN, but cares for the whole person.

If more doctors took the time, the interest, the careful assessment and remedy to a patient's health concerns like Dr. Shuster does so personably and attentively, going to see a doctor would be the highlight on one's day! She's at the top of her class and someone I'm willing to drive from VA to MD to be under her care.

Dr. Shuster is an excellent physician. She is very attentive and courteous.

I would only give one star if it wasn’t for my actual gynecologist. I have been going here for four years never had a problem until I met the manager. Jane is probably one of the rudest people to select as a manager. I had a mixup with my birth control and it took me four days to get that figured out. Jane kept talking over me and telling me I was incorrect when I was telling her what the pharmacy was telling me. I have received outstanding care from Katie Cervi and Dr. Shuster for years. It is unfortunate that patients post bad reviews about the doctors because of an unpleasant experience with a staff member. The current staff are excellent, efficient and courteous. I appreciate getting through quickly by phone, unlike larger practices. The medical care is definitely five stars!

cold, uncaring

They have the sweetest staff, but the practitioners are all obsessed with birth control. I’ve been a long time patient but still have all of the issues I came in with but worse. Initial concern was endometriosis, so they recommended the pill. I found out the hard way that Hashimoto’s runs in my family after obliging. Not only did the pain worsen, but it also triggered heavy bleeding and large painful ovarian cysts to grow and pop. Even after disclosing my thyroid issues, they pressed the pill as the holy grail of all issues. PCOS? Pill. Cold intolerance? Pill. Bleeding issues? Pill. Found an endocrinologist who couldn’t believe my experience so far & immediately recommended I switch. I don’t even know the results of my most recent PAP smear... but I did get an earful about how I should be on the pill ???????.

Best gyn Ive ever had! Really takes time with you and follows up. Very knowledgeable!

She always goes out of her way to make sure that you are taken care of in any way she can help.
