Dr. Gruenes was very thorough in her approach, diagnosis, and treatment. My feet and ankles have ached for years. Dr. Gruenes carefully casted my feet and ordered my custom orthotics. Since then, my feet and ankle pain has subsided and I feel on balance for the 1st time in my life. The entire office staff is friendly and professional. They worked well with my insurance and were very helpful.

Actually I give Dr Gruness no stars as a recommendation. She was rude, condescending. And recommended three NOT NECESSARY SURGERIES, that no Doctor has told me I need.

Dr. Gruenes healed my plantar fasciitis using MLS Laser Therapy. 10 sessions later and I'm finally pain free. I can now get back to training on the the hills and trails with no issues! I highly recommend Dr. Gruenes if you're having foot pain.

I read this negative review and that was not my experience I don’t know that sounds like a competitor because my feet were hurting and now they feel great

My interaction was poor. Dr. was unable to come up with any diagnosis. She tried to guess, unfortunately her guesses were wrong. On follow up appointment her final diagnosis was no diagnosis. She just said to go home and come back later when in worse pain? This lead me to wondered if she really considered herself a specialist? Certainly a lack of training, and no working knowledge of her field. I considered my visits a waist of time, and money. Also the office staff isn’t any better?

This review is from Laurie Hodson. Dr. Jeri has helped correct problems with my knee and toe joint problems. I am able to walk comfortably and with minimal pain as a result of shoe orthotics and laser treatment. She was so helpful in sharing all the options available as well as the pros and cons of each treatment. I felt very comfortable talking with her. Was not rushed or pushed in my decisions. During this Covid pandemic, I consulted Dr. Gruenes regarding pain I was having with my left big toe wearing closed toe shoes. After reviewing my x-rays, Dr. Gruenes detected a bone spur. It would require surgery. Prior to surgery, I had a Covid test. The surgery was performed at St. Jude Pavilion. Dr. Gruenes gave me a pain block following the surgery. In the days that followed, I had minimal pain. When I did, I took Aleve. I felt safe during the entire process. You can hardly see the stitches at the top of my toe. I have no pain. Dr. Jeri Gruenes did an excellent job. My husband has also had excellent results from an in-office procedure on his toe nail.

Doctor listens and explains situation. Staff was friendly and informative.

Dr Gruenes did my foot surgery and the result was perfect. Very talented doctor.

Hammertoe surgery went great! Toes are getting better everyday. Dr. Gruenes is a great doctor and surgeon. She knows her craft and that's all you can hope for in a doctor.

Dr Gruenes has been caring for my legs and feet now for well over 10 years. From simple foot comfort needs to Venus stasis ulcers and corrective hammer toe surgery. For many years my condition kept me in a wheelchair (electric) that I even have many times ridin to her office which is a 21 and half mile ride round trip from my home. So that along with how long I have been in her care should say it all and justify my 5 Star review. If you are diabetic or have any discomfort in your legs and feet I highly recommend her and her staff is just another bonus to the quality of your visit. Current day condition after my visit plan to hit La Mirada Regional Park for 4 miles of slopes and hills playing Disc Golf. Thanks Dr! Dr. Gruenes is courteous and professional. She explained the treatment clearly and answered all my questions. I had many questions since I had been treated at another podiatrist office for the same condition and did not get any relief. I appreciate her time and concern for my condition. The office staff is super friendly.

If every doctor treated you with such care, we would all be healthier. Typically, there is little to no wait time. Dr. Gruenes takes whatever time is needed to meet with you.

We, at Dr. Gruenes' office, strive to accommodate all patients and their needs. Our goal is to provide a great office experience to all our patients.

Dr. Gruenes is wonderful. My son has seen her, my husband, and I just made an appointment for my daughter. She is very knowledgable, takes time with you, and is very calm and patient. She is also very careful not to hurt you in the process of any procedure. The staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend her.

Entire experience was bad starting from dealing with the front office staff to the Doctor. I would never recommend this podiatrist.

My experience was great. The diagnoses was accurate and the pain is gone. The office is new and refreshing and the employees were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeri to everyone with a foot or ankle problem.
