Dr. Jerett Aaron Zipin

I am a RN who expects my physicians to be knowledgeable & up-to-date in their field, straightforward, and take time to explain ALL of the many treatment options. If these are your expectations too, then you have found your orthopedic specialist, Dr. Jerett Zipin I have osteoarthritis in my knees which recently became more painful. Dr. Zipin took time to do a thorough examination. He explained treatment options both verbally & in written form so I could take paper home & reread again to fully understand & make best decision. He gave me corticosteroid injections in both knees. He chatted with me to relieve my anxiety. Although not 100% painless, he clearly had done this procedure many, many times & he was quick and proficient. I can honestly say that I feel better this morning! Additionally, I received referrals for physical therapy close to my home & to an ARC orthopedic surgeon. Thanks, Dr. Zipin, for an outstanding visit! A+ doctor!

Wonderful doctor! I tagged along with my boyfriend yesterday to see Dr. Zipin because he was having knee pain and had been limping with it for months. Dr. Zipin did a physical exam, x-rays, and gave him a diagnosis. He then administered a cortisone shot to his knee and explained everything thoroughly. My bf woke up this morning and can actually walk normally again without any pain. Also, bf said he didn't feel a thing when Dr. Zipin injected his knee. This was the initial reason I chose to make the appointment with Dr. Zipin; I had read many other reviews across the internet about how knowledgeable he is and great with injections. Office is clean, staff is nice--but most importantly, Dr. Zipin knows his stuff and has a great bedside manner. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Wonderful doctor! He was exceptional. I went in with a specific issue which he diagnosed and treated but at the same visit he observed my odd movements when using my right arm and spent time diagnosing another unrelated issue I have had for 10+ Years that other doctors NEVER bothered with. I have never had a doctor do that especially when you’re there for something else entirely. My shoulder aches and pains had always been blamed on mental health or my excess weight. He diagnosed a partially torn rotator cuff, prescribed rehab therapy to avoid surgery. I feel better now than I did ten years ago! He was exceptional. Dr.Zippin is most caring and respectful with his patients always????

Jerett Zipin is by far the worst doctor I've ever seen. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in for knee and neck pain issues and he dismissed all of my concerns in a 9 minute appointment. He went as far as saying my knee pain is probably from my anxiety! I got upset because that was my worst fear, going to a "specialist" and having no answers/resolution after suffering from this pain for years. Most importantly, implying that the pain is from my anxiety. A few tears rolled down my face because of the frustration with the lack of information he gave me and lack of care. This was the worst part: he attacked my mental health, told me "look at you, you're breaking down, you are in behavior health, go get that checked out" -WOW! I've never had someone speak to me in such disrespect, so unprofessional. He didn't look at x-rays but offered me a MRI after he told me MRI wont show anything! Dr. Zipin and his staff are amazing. He listened to what was going on with my arm, did x-rays and came up with a treatment plan and made sure that I was not in anymore pain. I absolutely love this doctor. I will always go to him.

Dr. Zipin was an excellent practitioner. He performed ultrasound-guided needle lavage for my calcific tendinitis of the shoulder. The procedure is painful, through no fault of his, but his good humor and care made it bearable. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Dr. Zippin. From athletes to the elderly, he does the best possible job of getting you back to doing what you love to do. He's got a great personality, is vastly knowledgable, professional and caring. He treats you as an individual and considers your uniques needs. He will always be my go-to sports medicine doctor! I'm no athlete, but he treated me with the respect of one.
