Dr. Jeremy Franklin Davis

In a world plagued with doctors who can barely be bothered to give you the time of day, Dr. Davis was a dramatic breath of fresh air. I hadn't realized but I couldn't remember the last time a doctor smiled, laughed, and just didn't look miserable during a visit. He felt so genuine, took the time to explain everything I needed to know and even told me what to expect to pay for my prescription! Volunteering to send it wherever I needed to get the best deal so I didn't get overcharged. For the first time in a long time, I'm actually sad I don't have to go back for a follow up visit with a doctor. I believe his office is moving to Tallmadge soon, but I assure you he's well worth following. I recieved a referral for this doctor. First the receptionist when she answered acted like she didnt want to talk to me. First thing out of her mouth was " what insurance do you have" then I told her she then proceeded to say " what is this Medicaid " I told her no she said Well we sont take that insurance. So I hung up called my provider and they do take the insurance when I called her back then she acted like I didnt talk to her while I know her miserable way she answers the phone and she proceeded to argue with me on the phone. No problems making an appointment. Staff all friendly. Dr. Davis listened to what was going on and took the time to figure out what could be causing my issues. Talked to me about next steps and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time or something like some doctors do. Feels like a family office and welcoming because of this. Refreshing to go to a doctor where you feel like they want to help you and aren’t just rushing to see the next patient. Very good and friendly. Two locations

Dr Davis has been my Podiatrist for over at least 15 yrs. He knows how to help you and his personality is the best. Extremely funny and wait until you hear his laugh. I wish more doctors were like him.. His stand joke is " I dont paint nails."

The staff is unprofessional and never get back to you or give the doctor accurate messages and the doctor and the staff have poor follow through.
