The dental hygienist was very nice and very caring ! She did a excellent job cleaning my teeth ! She even told me some new things I could do to help my sensitive teeth ! Punctual, efficient and courteous service for my semi-annual tooth cleaning/polishing - as has always been the case in the past, too.

Have been a patient since 2017. My older crowns have needed replacing so I have had many, many visits to Dr Burden and hygienists. Very satisfied. Pain minimal. Seldom have had to return due to a problem. I have my teeth cleaned three times a year and those visits are fast, not stressful and not full of lectures. I do miss Lou at reception.

Customer service was fantastic and the care that I received was top notch. Thank you!

Excellent dentist. Wonderful, caring, kind and gentle person. Cannot go wrong with Dr. Burden and the entire team.

Among other things, Covid delayed my dental appointment significantly. But I wasn't dreading it. And I was not disappointed. My hygenist, Michelle was pleasant, thorough, informative and encouraging! And Dr. Burden was his usual sweet self. And, of course, Lu is the always such a boost of joy. Everything went well, scheduled follow up appointments easily. I was seen on time and out exactly when I was supposed to be. So happy I found Dr. Burden! You will be too! Among other things, Covid delayed my dental appointment significantly. I love Dr. Burden's office! They are gentle, kind, and thorough. They make it a pleasant experience and take good care of my teeth.

Dr. Burden is very thorough, caring and concerned with offering the best dental care to his patients. I am more than happy with the care he provides and his staff is very friendly and tuned in to what is important to Dr. Burden's patients.

We moved to Bath in 2019 from up North. Just recently, we had our first visit to the practice. I must say that their slogan of "Modern Dentistry. Exceptional Care" is right on the mark.

Out of sight service with nothing but top professionals! Dr burden is no doubt the very best at what he does! Great Dentistry! All my issues were done in a very systematic, professional manner. I feel fully safe and secure with all the safety precautions for covid being implemented. I was very appreciative of lou in the office to help me work out my payment options. Talented younger dentist--excellent workmanship; keeps up with his field; cordial, patient, and good at explaining procedures. A well run office with helpful, friendly staff. A winner. 2021 addition: the up-to-date equipment and well-planned pandemic precautions (including HEPA filters in all the rooms) are big pluses, too, and the hygienist I see is careful, thorough, well-informed, and personable. Excellent dentist. The admin is great. The hygienists are wonderful. Dr. Burden is a skilled and caring dentist.

Have been going to this dental office since late 70's and 80's. Always very satisfied with the work done by Dr Burden and everyone in the office and staff. I travel from Auburn to Bath for appointments and it is worth the time spent.

Dr Burden explains each step and is a calming presence during the dental procedure. His front office staff are warm and friendly. Great dental experience!

I went in for a crown and was a little nervous. I shouldn't have been, Dr. Burden and staff were so reassuring and took great care of me. They even had a blanket in case I was cold! They explained the procedure to me and then surprise, they had a tablet attached to a pole that hangs over your face area with Netflix. I could pick out whatever show I wanted to watch while they worked on my tooth. I had headphones to listen to the show (which blocked out what Dr. Burden and assistant were saying). I watched 4 episodes of "Frasier" and never felt a pain. They are fabulous! I highly recommend Dr. Burden! I went in for a crown and was a little nervous. I have EXTREME dental anxiety but I'm able to go to see Dr. Burden. He is so kind, patient, caring and laid back that he causes no new anxiety. His staff all have great smiles and are wonderful, caring people. I highly recommend this practice.

Going to the dentist is a whole new experience with Dr. Burden and staff. They do care if you feel anything untoward, and figure out how to do what needs doing without pain. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

It is always an excellent experience in this dental office. Everyone is professional and efficient. Great atmosphere. I have had a horrid toothache since Friday. I went in the office today and I was very fortunate to get an Xray of the troubled tooth when I only expected to make an appointment. Lou the office manager who is very efficient managed to get me an another appointment In Brunswick at Endodontic to see if I needed a root canal or if the root was dead. The receptionist is amazing, patient and accommodating. Dr. Burden never appears rushed, explains everything and seems to actually care about patients. He takes a common sense approach and offers options. He is very honest about what is truly necessary and he understands financial restraints and is willing to find an option that is affordable. The staff is well trained and always cheerful.

Had only one visit and found the staff and DR. Burden very informative, friendly and knowledgeable. I would go see them again if needed. Jean
