Very disappointing visit to this doctor's office last week. I went to this ALLERGIST because I feared having an allergic reaction to something I was administered and wanted her to assist me with making a future medical decision about the same. Due to my symptoms, I was turned away and refused an in person visit, until I returned with a negative covid test. It was shameful. I was in need of medical help and was turned away by this doctor, who apparently was more fearful of catching covid, than assisting patients in need. I take the pandemic seriously myself and found it insulting for her to think that I would appear in her office, as opposed to an urgent care facility, if I was ill with anything contagious. My advice to her is to go 100% virtual/Zoom for visits, if she is so terrified. She opted to send an assistant to talk to me, instead of doing so herself and wound up adding a face shield to ppe and assistant, an additional mask. I was a longtime patient of the practice
