Dr. Kim is patient, she listens to your concerns and attentive.

Dr. Kim was very thorough in cleaning and treating my daughter's infected ear. She gave clear explanations of what she was doing and why. After previously having had infections off and on for years, my daughter finally feels relief that her problem has been handled by someone who is knowledgeable, capable and conscientious.

Dr. Kim and her staff are excellent. They take the time to explain everything to me and make sure my questions are answered. They are great with kids. My kids love Dr. Kim.

Dr. Kim is great at what she does. I highly recommend her if you need an ENT!

Our experience with my daughter's ear infection which eventually leads to 2 surgeries by Dr Kim was a unpleasant one. The surgeries themselves were swift, but they continued to hit us with miscellaneous bills even a year after that. Most items we do not understand. Also Dr Kim has a "strategy" of asking patients to come back every 2 weeks, with each visit last for 5-10 min. We literally had to go back to the doctor around 10 times for nothing. We complied at first, then it became suspicious.

Facts did not line up. After going elsewhere I realized I was given wrong information regarding my situation.

I have seen Dr. Kim twice and won't return. Caring and takes time, however misdiagnosed & symptoms disregarded. Practice seems to charge 3x the going rate of other ENT practices, and uses out of network labs resulting in increased patient costs.

She is absolutely amazing, so kind, professional, & determined to go to any length to help you get better!

Dr. Kim misdiagnosed me. I had very serious symptoms that I shared with her. After sticking a scope down my nose into my throat she declared that I had problems due to silent reflux. She could not have been more wrong. Even after asking her several questions, she was stuck on her diagnosis. She was in a hurry and it felt like she couldn't get out of the room fast enough. Luckily I went to a different ENT who correctly diagnosed me and performed surgery to correct the issue.
