Ppl are on Medicaid for a reason so they should do a better job letting their patients know their policies and copay. I did not know Medicaid didn’t pay the total on contacts. When I made my appointment for myself and daughter I even ask the young lady was there anything else I needed to bring or know before our appointment and she just giggled and said “no ma’am we already have your Medicaid number we’ll see you then.” Then once we arrived I did my our paperwork and was even instructed NOT to fill out the insurance part by the young lady working the desk. I said ok. That was NOW 2 times they could have told me. They waited to the very end to tell me as we were getting ready to leave there would be a copay for my daughters contacts. I recently lost my job and I didn’t have it. I ask could they bill me for the next visit which is next week and they said no took my 13 year old daughter in the back and removed the contacts. It was humiliating. I’m sorry but there are so many people out of work right now during this pandemic and still have to tend to their health so I urge you to please be upfront about cost and the staff definitely could use better etiquette. I mean I wouldn’t dare hide behind the desk and talk about customers. Which myself and my child saw and it was obvious they were talking about us. For that reason we will not be returning. Dr. Seibert was very informative when I took my 4 year old daughter in for an exam 2 years ago! My vision is horrible and I wanted to make sure that my baby could see! Dr. Seibert assured me that my daughter’s vision did not need to be a concern and that in time, we could address any future concerns with options that were not available when I was a child. So, I decided to take my other 2 year old daughter in to see Dr.Seibert because she has been wearing glasses since she was was 9 months and this is a prescription from another doctor. My younger daughter is not keeping her glasses on as much as she should. I can be driving and view her taking them off at times, her teachers would try their hardest during the day but she takes them off at daycare at times. I’ve taught young children for many years and I know....... Toddlers are funny like that! I was worried that her weaker eye would suffer vision loss and I tried to share my concerns with Dr. Seibert. I wanted to know if there was anything else we could do in addition to her glasses to make sure her eyes develop properly. Dr. Seibert placed her hands on her chest and stated, “you’re coming at ME like your daughter doesn’t need glasses!” ...” I would tell you to GLUE the glasses on her head but you wouldn’t want that” I literally purchased eyeglasses for a 9mth old! How does my behavior support her statement! How could she say that with that tone and in front of my children!????!!!! She met my questions and concerns with a very defensive, combative attitude. Her body language, her tone and word choice SCREAMED “ You’re beneath me”. I won’t go back because I was disrespected in front of my children. If I had met Dr. Seibert with the same energy she was giving me....I would upset my babies! They would have thought that mommy was fussing!!!!!! I went high that day but I won’t go back. Really, that’s the best thing one can do. Stop supporting doctors that mistreat or insult you. The staff were very pleasant but NOT Dr. Seibert. They are the reason I gave 2 stars. I brought my daughter in to see Dr. Seibert and she was wonderful. She explained everything to me about my daughters exam and it was easy to relay back to my wife. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Awesome experience overall. I recommend bringing your business to these lovely ladies.

Great with kids!

She does a great job every time my kids and I see her. She even figured out why my right eye wasn’t adjusting to the contact I had in there and set about fixing it. I’m impressed with her intelligence and willingness to always help. I love the staff too :)

Excellent and caring Doctor. Very nice and listens carefully to patients. She does not rush people.
