What an incredible experience! Everyone at FDFA is so welcoming and helpful. From initial consultation to check ins, everyone on staff goes above and beyond to get to know me as well as help with the recovery process. And best of all they are always on time :)

Very friendly and nice. Good at solving symptoms with orthotics, shoes etc. but not good at solving the root cause of a problem. So problems persist and recur after some time.

I am always impressed by the staff here. I feel welcome and that I am well taken care of.

Staff is great. They explained everything that needed to be worked on and came up with a plan to achieve my goals.

Dr. Sanders and her staff are phenomenal! Everyone appears happy and seems to enjoy the work they do, which is extremely important to me as a patient. I especially appreciate how the team is always very respectful to one another. Dr. Sanders and her team make me feel like I’m an extra special patient. They probably make all patients feel like that, which is wonderful. Also, the technology at the office is super impressive and I feel like the really care about my feet. I don't really have any negative feedback. Friendly staff, convenient location, effective care, and it was relatively simple to set up an appointment. Follow-up care was thorough. I would definitely go back for other foot/ankle issues. I found the online portal for viewing results a bit cumbersome. But I also didn't really need to use it. Lastly, I do want to compliment all the staff, Dr Sanders in particular, on their great bedside manner. And punctuality; every appointment started on time for me. Dr Sanders is wonderful! She really takes the time to listen to us and help us. Everyone from the front desk to the rest of the staff are super helpful and we feel like family every time we come that we almost forget what ails us.

I love visiting Dr Sanders and team. They are always so comprehensive in answering my many questions and running appropriate tests until they feel they have the analysis they need. They never make me feel bad for asking too many questions even if I ask more than once haha. I feel like they are genuine partners in my health and that is so important to have from a health care provider. Thank you all the best.

Dr. Sanders is a joy to work with. She is really helped my problems with tendinitis and plantar fasciitis.

This was a great overall experience. I came in at the start with pain in my arch and achilles. After a handful of appointments, I received a set of orthotics that now allow me to walk without having to stop every now and then due to the pain. And the staff are nicest people alive!

Dr Sanders is amazing! She is like one of those TV doctors that actually cares about what is going on and wants to solve medical mysteries. She actually listens to you, which is hard to find as a woman. I would not be walking without her, and having doctor so solidly in my corner helps give me the strength to fight my various medical battles.

Dr. Sanders and her associates were absolutely wonderful. I have no negative comments for this clinic and would definitely come back. She is an extremely talented physician and listens to the concerns of her patients. I highly recommend her for any and all foot/ankle problems.

The kindest most sincere people I have ever met.

Awesome personality.

She is so smart and knowledgeable, as well as empathic. I had rolled my ankle badly - could not sleep from the pain - she fixed it! I also had plantar fasciitis- that took a while longer to fix, but I have not had an event since Jenny got me orthotics. She could double her fees and still be a bargain.
