Sadly, the doctor refused to even show up for the visit. We had a telehealth visit set up, submitted insurance, were told the procedure and were all set up a month before the visit. We get on the call, do the intake and then are told we cannot see the doctor because they cannot figure out if they can bill our insurance. OK, I said I will pay for the visit to be seen. They don't know how much it will be and the doctor refuses to get on the call. Honestly, I understand we all need to get paid but at this point this is not an issue I introduced. If you are a doctor that cares about a patients health, you do not simply worry about billing over everything and REFUSE to see a patient even if your office made a mistake AND I am willing to pay for the visit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office, it truly shows this doctor is not concerned with patient health and delivery of care but primarily worried about finances.

We had a tele visit to meet as I was referred to her for a condition. I felt confident with her questions and her desire to continue evaluation by scheduling another blood test.

She is very knowledgeable and caring. She is a great doc. Highly recommended.

Dr Pedicano was a welcome change from what I had experienced at other doctors. First, the office answers the phone and prioritizes calling you back promptly. Once I got into the room, the staff (Noel) really made me feel comfortable just by the way they spoke to me (instead of the cold Q&A style disscusions I have had elsewhere). Dr Pedicano asked me some questions, then actually asked my opinion and then provided detailed reasons why she came to diagnosis conclusions.

I highly recommend Dr. Pedicano. She's very pleasant and knowledgeable. Most importantly she helped me out with my condition, when other doctors couldn't.

My 13 yr old daughter was referred to Dr. Pedicano for food allergies. I was very impressed by the doctor's thoroughness and bedside manner. She took excellent care of my daughter, explained everything very clearly and calm. My daughter is afraid of needles and was very nervous about skin test and also the possibility of having to use an epipen. Everyone at the practice, doctor Pedicano, nurse and lab staff were incredibly kind and accommodating to my daughter's fears. We highly recommend.

Dr P. took such great care if my 2 year old and four year old and her staff couldnt have been nicer with kids and adults!!

Dr. Pedicano is friendly and thorough. My college-age son had been sick with congestion and headaches for months; he was treated by doctors on campus but he was never cured. We thought he had allergies and made an appt. with Dr. P. She ordered an MRI of his sinus and it turns out he had a severe infection. She prescribed him long-term antibiotics and he is 100% better! We are grateful she took her time and correctly diagnosed him.I would highly recommend her. The staff is awesome too!
