Absolutely love ❤️ having these past few years Dr. Jennifer McCann. She has made my life so much easier, and when I have questions on my health issues, she is so sweet to help me. I highly recommend to anyone. Had surgery with her was very smooth, and very well worth it.

I went to her months back and wasn’t having a period for months. She told me all my labs and ultra sounds that they took said all was well. I went to another obgyn ,Douglas,who found out I have a growth on my patuirary gland. Douglas told me it should’ve showed in my old labs so I call mcan who’s nurse tells me they didn’t even get the labs back so they just lied to me. I called and chewed McCain out when I found out she didn’t have my labs. I’ve now have went to the Er due to last month no period and abdominal pain I’ve never had before to find out at 2am from them that my left ovary is enlarged and has two cyst. I just called again to inform them of all of this information but all they had was attitude saying hope I find help somewhere else then and hangs up while I’m telling her how that’s wrong. As a doctor ur supposed to help people not lie to them they are lucky I can’t afford a lawyer because that is ridiculous. Worst office I’ve ever been too! I have left over trauma a YEAR later from giving birth with McCan. DO NOT recommend. She makes decisions out of fear, and is not who I would ever want by my side for anything, much less a birth.

No words can describe how wonderful she is. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer McCann in Deridder!! Love her. She gives you choices on whatever. She is upbeat nad has such wholesome energy. She is very coherent and nice. If you are looking for an ob/gyn then she is the PERFECT person to go to

I was a little nervous because of the reviews but at my annual pap today she was quick and to the point! The easiest and most painless exam I've had! As a new patient it's always hard when you have to find a new doctor but the staff was great and friendly and MD McCann gave the most comfortable exam.

Doctor McCann is a great doctor. She is clear and to the point & thorough with her procedures. I have always had pleasant experiences in my two years as her patient. She leaves you with options and doesn’t force anything on you when it comes to deciding what’s best for you. Thanks for being a great doctor.

Terrible bed side manner and non responsive staff

Absolutely terrible customer service. Receptionist is completely rude and seems to be inconvenienced that she has to answer the phone when it rings. She interrupted me several times during our phone call. If you are planning on seeing a gynecologist, avoid this place at all costs. I suggest that this clinic hires a completely new office staff. Every time myself and my husband had come in to the clinic to meet with Dr. McCann we both thought she was rude and made it apparent she was too busy for us. Whereas whenever we met with Dr. Rudd he was very kind and patient. Without going into great detail we showed up the night she was working to deliver our child and were given nothing but ultimatums throughout the process. My husband and I were so happy when she left and Dr. Rudd took over. He was kind to us the rest of our delivery. McCann recently delivered my child via cesarean. Quick and painless process and my scar is healing well.
