Dr. Jennifer Cichon Mackinnon

My visit primarily consisted of Dr. Mackinnon staring at me, twirling her hair with her finger while she half listened to me, offering me a different pill for every symptom I described. No thanks. I prefer someone who wants to get to the root of the problem, not mask symptoms.

She seemed bored and uninterested in what I had to say. Her solution to everything is to take a pill. I'd prefer a doctor get to the root of the problem rather than mask symptoms. I don't plan to go back.

Ive BEEN HER PATIENT FOR 7 YEARS AND SHE ALWAYS ANSWERS MY COMPLEX IN-DEPTH QUESTIONS WITH HONEST SINCERE CONCERN FOR MY WELL-BEING.

Dr. MacKinnon is the most kind, caring Dr. I have been to in my 74 years. She listens and best of all she includes you in treatment and your health decisions. I feel very respected and cared about. She is a tremendous diagnostician as well! Milwaukee 2021

Dr. MacKinnon takes the time to listen to what's going on and addresses my concerns. She and her staff respond quickly to questions I've submitted through MyChart. I think she is great!
