Worst experience I've ever had. When I arrived no one was at the front desk. I waited 20 mins before someone finally came to the front so I could fill out paper work. I was supposed to be there for an annual check up instead they wanted to completely focus on some discomfort I had in my thumb. I wasnt given a choice at all. I was suppose to have my free annual check up that I needed most. Its been about two years since I had a my last check and now I'm left at square one. To make matters worse they are now trying to bill me for something they didn't give me an option for. Overall I felt my experience was ungenuine an very unprofessional. Best Doctor ever.

I’m devastated she has abruptly closed her doors! I have never had as great experience with any Dr. my entire life...it took me years to find her and now it’s probably going to take me years to find another great one! I was a patient for over 15 years.

I have known Dr. Ju for many years. She has always been concerned about any symptom I have described and listened to my concerns. She asks in depth questions and tries to cover all angles of the issue and has helped me countless times. She even listened to my concerns about my mother's health, who isn't even her patient, and suggested things we could discuss with her doctor. She is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I would recommend. I have known Dr. Ju for many years. I've never had such a great doctor who cares about her patients and spends time listening. Finding out about your daily routine so she give you advise on how to better care for yourself. I love her and miss her greatly! I moved to Florida so for obvious reasons no longer see her. She was my doctor for approximately 10 years and it was the best care I've ever had. The practice of scheduling and billing patients is unethical. They are scheduling physical appointments before patients are due causing billing issues and forcing patients to pay out-of-pocket. When trying to resolve, the office manager is disrespectful and threatening. They are not telling patients they no longer accept their insurance but will see the patient anyway. I wish i can leave no stars as i am so so very disappointed. I have been looking for a primary care physician for almost a year. After talking with my OBGYN, he suggested Dr. Ju. I made an appointment and after waiting 2 months, and today was the day. The receptionist and the Assistant that took care of me were great. When i got into the examining room, the assistant asked me a few questions. I said i wanted to discuss a few things as this was going to be my new primary care physician. I was not ill or in pain, I just have some questions about certain things as i am now 50 years old. She said that i was scheduled for a physical, so i can either get the physical, or discuss concerns. I said i wanted to get the physical and also discuss maybe getting blood work, getting a colonoscopy, pre menopause etc. The assistant said that she was sorry but i couldn't do both. I either talk with the doctor or get the physical but cannot do both because if they bill my insurance for both, the insurance will only pay for one or the other and not both. I said, " you mean to tell me that when she is doing a physical to me, I cannot discuss concerns and/or issues i am having?" The assistant replied, "Yes". One or the other. i again being appalled asked, I cannot speak to my new primary care physician because i am only getting a physical today and can only be billed for the physical and not talking. SHE SAID YES. I immediately got up and asked for my co payment back and left. I am appalled, disappointed and disgusted that a physician is so absolutely money hungry that she wouldn't even want to hear how her patient is while she is looking in their ears, nose, eyes, and listening to their lungs.. She is an amazing doctor

My Mom recomended to me her Dr.Jennifer Ju because she is very Intelligent doctor and good doctor and she help you a lots for all your illness and problems to your health.She is such a good doctor .

It’s hard to imagine a more caring thoughtful physician. Dr. Ju thinks carefully about each patient and listens. I’ve seen some of these negative reviews that are ridiculous. Some patients just want to bully doctors into free treatment and some people can’t handle limits. I heard a person berate her staff about how they thought Dr. Ju should take care of three different problems in one visit. They had no regard for time limits and the schedules of the rest of us who had set appointments. Crazy. It’s a shame to see her good name attacked for stupid reasons. People don’t realize that medical professionals are not able to explain or defend their negative online reviews because of privacy. This is a truly great doctor. Unless you have a pathological need to scream and yell like a four year-old because someone is telling you they literally cannot do what you are demanding, then you’ll be so happy you went to get help from Dr. Ju. Dr. Ju is great doctor. She is very thorough and spends as much time with her patients as they need. She is very knowledgeable concerning all the most current recommendations and treatments. Dr. Ju accommodated us so that our foreign exchange student could have a physical exam before school started. It was our first visit and she was very kind, comprehensive, and professional. I couldn’t be happier and wish I could see her under my insurance plan. I would have her as my primary doctor in a heartbeat! She was thorough, asked great follow-up questions, explained her recommendations, and helped us jump through the many hurdles needed for school- PPT tests, vaccinations, and X-rays. She spent time reviewing her records and cross checking everything I needed and she also asked about diet, exercise and mental health. She definitely takes a ‘whole person’ approach. Very impressed. Dr. Ju is a wonderful GP. She is kind and compassionate. She is the only the physician in the practice so you are not shuffled from doctor to doctor., you get more personalized care. I had an emergency and had to call her after hours, she returned the call within minutes and spent a great deal of time with me until I felt comfortable with my situation. I highly recommend her.

Canceled 2 appts in a row & staff would not schedule another one. Told to get recommended pneumonia shot at Walgreens. Am on blood pressure medicine & was told Walgreens wld check that, too. Had previously recommended dietitian, but called 3 times & she had never referred me, but staff said they would each time I called. Will never go to her again. Terrible experience. Office staff very rude.

I am absolutely startled by the negative reviews on this board. Honestly, either these people are reviewing the wrong doctor, or there is something seriously wrong with their thinking. I have been a patient of Dr. Ju for nearly four years and have never met a more compassionate, caring and skilled physician. Dr. Ju takes her time to throughly discuss any and all of my concerns, and that includes going through every single component of my blood work with a fine toothed comb. She is WONDERFUL!

I've been with Dr Ju for a few years now. I'll never leave her. She is very sweet and so is her staff. I'm not sure why there was a negative review. Everything that was said in that negative review, I could not even imagine it to be true. I've never felt rushed or uncomfortable, neither do I take up an hour of her time when she has other patients. If anything, I feel welcomed every time I call or come in. She's always listened to me and is very intelligent. I highly recommend Dr Ju.

She is lazy, wants you out of her office as soon as possible, she let important private information to be delivered by her staff. She cancels her appointments all the time. In her office she is the only one that can talk, does not listen to patient. there are diseases that she is not even aware and i had to explain to her..what??? Her staff are the one that that runs the show because she is very lazy to do anything. She is a doctor for show because knowledge she does not have any.
