Dr. Jennifer Lynn Irani

Dr Irani performed my surgery after I was diagnosed with invasive colorectal cancer. I always tell her she has golden hands. She listens well, but considers all the facts before making recommendations. She's serious about doing things right, and her dry sense of humor could be misinterpreted as dismissive, but I can appreciate it now, considering how hard working and dedicated she is. I am thankful she was my surgeon in my hour of need.

She performed surgery on a family member of mine that caused him to have excruciating pain after! Please get 2nd opinions! I wish we did!

I would give ZERO stars if offered! Dr. Irani performed osteomy surgery on my Brother October 2020. She Botched the procedure! She has poor bedside manners and can't get off the phone fast enough with you. When I called to speak with her after his surgery, I asked how long the procedure took and she said 15 minutes! I believe I caught her off guard and she realized that was NOT an adequate amount of time! My Brother has been home with Hospice care. The amazing Staff of nurses wanted to know who did this to him as they know many of the Doctors at Brigham & Women in Boston. They are shocked! It's been very so difficult for them to care for him becaue of her Sloppy work! It has also caused my Brother more unnecessary pain! Please DON'T allow this so-called Dr. near you or your loved ones! HORRIBLE!! She should have her license removed!

Dr. Irani CLAIMS to specialize in Ostemy Surgery. She is NOT qualified! Many complications after she performed the so-called surgery! She doesn't explain the procedures properly nor follow up or answer any questions properly. Very poor bedside manner to say the least. I found her to be very dismissive and uncaring. I hope all is read this and search for a better qualified physician in hopes to avoid the pain and suffering she has caused.

Awesome Dr. Great dealing with my elderly mother, no hesitation about performing what was lifesaving surgery on a 95 year old woman. Two weeks later patient is home caring for herself with a visiting nurse dropping in to check on her. Thank you Dr Irani for responding so quickly and all you did to make this happen so quickly. Terrible doctor! I needed my colonrectal surgeon paged in the middle of the night due to a emergency and Dr. Irani was the surgeon on call. Her response was it’s the middle of the night and I was sleeping. Obviously she has absolutely no consideration for patients and if she doesn’t want to be woken up in the middle of the night she shouldn’t be a surgeon.

AMAZING!!!! My husband under went a major surgery and it went flawlessly! ZERO bruising and incisions continue to heal beautifully! She is so personable and understanding. If you are looking for a surgeon that is highly talented I would highly recommend Dr. Irani!

Dr. Irani was friendly and showed great compassion and concern

Dr. Irani is a very accomplished surgeon. She performed a complicated surgery on me for a very rare cancer. I have had a very good outcome and would highly reccommend her as a surgeon. Her bedside manner has always shown empathy. Dr. Irani made me feel at ease because she always explains the procedures that she plans to do.

Amazing Dr. providing quality care and compassion for my elderly Mom. Her concern and professionalism were above and beyond for both pre surgery and post surgery care. Good staff and a great hospital.

This doctor has no bedside manner and also has no empathy for a patient who is scared and in pain. Rather than putting a patient at ease, she gets her feeling hurt and storms out of the room mumbling under her breath. I would NOT reccomend her to anyone. She needs a real lesson in how to deal with people who are afraid. Good luck in labor, hope it is painful and nobody cares.

I have very poor health. Have had multiple surgeries on my gut. When consulting with Dr. IRani I felt very rushed, unable to have all my questions addressed. She is recommending a complicated surgery, which I needed more time to understand her opinion.

Great care for my elderly Mom. Professional and competent in both pre surgery and post surgery situations. Approachable, understanding and knowledgeable. Exceptional concern for my Mom's health and well being - I would highly recommend for friends and family.

Simply put Dr. Irani is the best. Her surgical skills are masterful. I should know she has operated on me three times. But beyond that the time she takes to explain things in a manner that is easy to understand is unparalleled. Not to mention a great sense of humor. I am so fortunate that Dr. Irani is my doctor.
