Dr. Jennifer L Hill

I was a patient of Dr. Hill's for over 5 years before I moved out of state. The wait was always short. Dr. Hill spent a good amount of time in the room with me. I never felt rushed and she answered all of my questions. She was responsive to questions sent through the portal and always sent prompt treatment after testing. On a couple of occasions (out of dozens) I felt like she was annoyed with me or didn't like me. After my first pregnancy/delivery I considered switching to another provider in the same office that I heard good things about just to see if I had a better experience. The office didn't let me switch when I called for pregnancy #2, but it all turned out okay. Is she perfect? No, but I also try to remember that we are all human and have bad days. I stayed with her because in the end the important thing is that she takes good care of me which she always did. Dr. Hill is a competent and compassionate doctor. During my first pregnancy/delivery she allowed me to labor as I planned and didn't push any interventions on me. Her compassion became increasingly evident to me after I moved out of state and was forced to find a new doctor for the end of pregnancy #2. As they say - Sometimes you don't know how good you have it until it's gone. For example, early on in pregnancy #2 we discussed a small procedure I wanted done. Dr. Hill said she would take care of it at the hospital after delivering baby #2. Fast forward to my new doctor who wouldn't take care of it at delivery and made me wait until 10 weeks postpartum so that he could bill my insurance for a separate visit. I found it compassionate that Dr. Hill wouldn't force me to endure 2 recovery periods like my new doctor did. I was a patient of Dr. Hill's for over 5 years before I moved out of state. I was referred to Dr Hill by a family member which she has been great for PRE PANDEMIC. but with the world being the way it is right now and becoming a new patient I was put off almost immediately at my first ever appointment by her pushiness of me not being or choosing to be vaccinated. My husband and I have choose this route for MULTIPLE reasons but when my doctor who is supposed to be an advocate for me and my pregnancy and what is best for our family does not support you nor make you feel like you're making a good choice its disheartening. I during my pregnancy contracted covid and did not feel comfortable calling Dr Hill. Short tempered, has an attitude and was extremely rude. I would avoid at all cost unless you want her personal issues to be brought to your appointment.

I’m in my second pregnancy with Dr. Jennifer Hill. She was wonderful, personable, and fun with my first. I love a personable doctor with a great personality, patience to explain everything, and sense of humor (my kind of people). Hands down loved her from the start. I am in the third trimester of my second pregnancy now and our baby unfortunately has a type of kidney failure leaving us with the knowledge the baby won’t make it. I am continuing to carry him/her until God calls it home. Dr. Hill has been so kind and compassionate through it all. She called me to check on me just a couple days after we found out the news. Has been keeping in close contact with the high risk OB she had check me out same day. Reminds me to always reach out and call if i need anything or have any questions. The doctors here are excellent but your front desk ladies really need to be trained better and learn some proper respect I been noticing when I there they always talking negative and inappropriate stuff about patients behind their backs half of the stuff they were saying I heard while sitting in the lobby even when they were talking really low. I can definitely say those ladies are definitely unprofessional at their jobs and are definitely not fit to work there. This doctor won't waste your time. Very nice to the point. Has your best interest at heart.

Great office wish they had weekend hours or a nurse you could contact for emergencies. Something went wrong with my prescription on this offices end and nothing can be done over the three day weekend. Very helpless feeling not being able to get a necessary prescription.
