Got the vaginal tighten surgery for medical reasons. The day I woke up I felt like nothing no surgery was performed as in no pain. There was no pain at all. Followed the rules of no walking the first 3 days, laying flat on my back then very minimal walking there on after. Surgery didn't work. I followed the rules to a T as I was scared not too. I felt like this was a waste of money. If this happens to you, they don't try to correct it. I was told all went fine and there was no issues.so it's not like there were complications that wouldn't allow for a surgical procedure to work. There is 0 percent improvement. Choosing Dr. Hayes for my surgery was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my LIFE, that she just so happened to change for the better. I am and will always be forever grateful.

She was a very unprofessional hostile cold person. Both appointments I had with her felt awkward and she didn't really seem to have a clear answer for me and didn't like being asked questions. She seemed childish and defensive. She was harsh and tried to push me into taking a prescription I wasn't comfortable with. She and her staff made assumptions about my sex life and I found it very strange given how honest I was about my history. She also stared me down for a long time when I said her behavior was strange and then she spoke rude and matter of fact. I got a refund. I wish that she would have treated me with the care I deserved given how difficult my condition is and how hard I tried to seek out help over the years. She told me there's an energy block, which was her way of brushing me off and it was really unprofessional. I feel bad for anyone looking for understanding and answers here.

I don't go to this doc any more I went with my gut as I felt I could find a better gyno. I now have a fabulous gyno now that listens and is top-notch.

Seek a different Doctor a real meas inconvienxed and did provide service but took my money still waiting on refund.. Run women 08/07/20 any doc but this firm completed dissapointment!

Dr. Hayes performed my hysterectomy years ago. She was very friendly, comforting, attentive, and had great energy. To my delight, 17+ years later I found that she was doing hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Hayes has not changed a bit she is still warm welcoming and has the greatest sense of good energy you could want out of a person. She genuinely cares about her patients. If you are feeling at a loss or not sure about hormone therapy replacement take an hour out of your schedule to consult with her. Dr. Hays will spend time explaining things to you so that you understand how your body works. I guarantee you will leave the office satisfied with the answers you get. My mother and I have been going to Dr. Hayes for 23 years. She has been there for me in all stages of my life. Dr. Hayes takes her time and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed and feel she values providing good patient care.

Seems like discrimination against older patients such as myself who are now using Medicare with a supplement, though ‘white washing’ it. It is a doctor/merchants right to pick and choose...????m

Moved to Clearwater from Michigan. Couldn't believe the Dr. Is Cash only. This would be unheard 0in Michigan. Will keep looking. Good luck to all that don't have to use their Insurance. Glad the Surgeon that did my Husband's OHS accepted our Insurance and suppental. Bill was $186.000 and we didn't own anyrhing.

Dr. Hayes is on the leading edge in cosmetic gynecology offering real solutions to give you confidence after child birth and menopause!! Marie and staff are so efficient and helpful. I highly recommend!

It is my opinion that any woman would be hard pressed to find a more compassionate and skilled physician. Dr. Hayes is an extremely experienced surgeon and GYN. Her expertise as a diagnostician is remarkable. Her kindness is so comforting and affirming. It's so unfortunate that GYN care isn't like this everywhere, but unfortunately, we all know that it is not. Via "Biote bioidentical hormone pelleting" she has helped to dramatically reduce the chronic migraines I had experienced and she has helped to improve my overall well-being. Excellent Doctors! Most of us do not enjoy our annuals to say the least, but at this facility they are so kind and have the best bedside manner that it isn’t so bad. It is quick and pain free. I also had to have surgery for a large fibroid. Dr Hayes was wonderfulI. I highly recommend this woman’s clinic!

Dr. Hayes makes the care of her patient a priority. She is not"on the clock" like some doctors these days. She asks thorough questions and really listens. If you want the best care, that's what you'll get. You will notice the difference the minute you walk into the office. Her staff members are so welcoming and professional. Everyone makes you feel comfortable.

Dr Hayes is the best Gyn I have been to since i moved from Gainesville. She truely cares about how you feel- she listens and assures you that she is going to make it better. I had a biopsy- which i barely felt then had testerone implants which again - she said she was done - and I didn’t feel a thing!!! Everyone has told me that after menopause - this procedure will change your life. I have done bio identical hormones in the past - cream- and felt no different - i am ready to feel happy again - i can’t tell you how quick and painless it was- it has been 3 days- have had no soreness, pain- nothing - i already feel the fog lifting. I am super happy with the result of my surgery, amazing Dr and amazing stuff. Highly recommend Dr Hayes and stuff made me feel very comfortable. My husband now thinks that I have the prettier vagina he has ever seen. Three weeks after my surgery and looking super cute!!! Imagine after 3 months. I can’t express how happy i feel. I travelled a long way but , it was worthy. I am glad i choosed Dr Hayes. Dr. Hayes is definitely an elite doctor in the field of gynecology. She is kind & compassionate. She really takes the time to get to know her patients & their individual needs. She is an extraordinary doctor & person. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a superior gynecologist/surgeon.

I have been a patient of Dr Hayes for over 20 years. She is a great, caring ,physician.

Dr. Hayes diagnosed me with PCOS (I'm a size 4). I asked if she was sure and she said there's no way to be sure, but my symptoms matched (who was I to argue with a doctor, right?). She put me on Metformin for slightly over 2 years; upping my dosage each appointment until I reached the max dosage available. I was sick, in pain, migraines, nausea, and many other symptoms that when presented to her, she shrugged off and stated it was "normal". She also added that I might never get pregnant. However, if I continued with this medicine, I had a small chance. That was soul-crushing. Over 2 years I took that medicine, side effects and all, my husband and I crossing our fingers I could get pregnant one day. I finally had enough and went to a fertility specialist. He said he could test if I had PCOS by one blood test. I was in shock. He even said that by just looking at me and my size, he could tell that's not what I had. Sure enough, after the blood test, NO PCOS! He said to stop taking Metformin immediately, put me on one dosage of Clomid (smallest dosage) and I got pregnant first time taking it. So I wasted over 2 years of my life as well as my health and sanity because Jennifer Hayes didn't deem me and my situation important enough to properly diagnose...which was obviously just a single blood test.. In addition (yes, there's a little more), TWICE IN A ROW, I had to "reschedule" my appointment because Jennifer Hayes was behind on her clients. You have no idea the hoops I had to jump through to make those times they had available (they like to all take lunch together and come back late). I never came back after that second "you need to reschedule". Never mind getting me a copy of my medical file...rude. I was told they would mail it when they have time. That time never came because they forgot or didn't care enough to make the time to hit the print button. I reminded them one more time as well as showed up to the office once. Each time, same answer and had "no record" of me asking the first two times. Done with them permanently. I've had people ask me about this office as I went there for so long. They are very nice folks and I'm happy to be a getting very good care, but it's very difficult to speak to anyone. They only allow you to leave a message and will call you back, but it's usually when I'm unavailable, so it's just a series of back and forth voice mails. I've never had a doctor's office without a live person answering the phone. A bit frustrating. Every time I visit my experience is awesome

I had read horror stories about endometrial ablations so I took a week off work to have it done. Everything went incredibly well; all I ever needed was ONE pain pill afterward. I could have gone to work the next day. I recommend dr. Hayes to anyone who needs specialist gynecological care.

WHERE HAS DR HAYES BEEN ALL MY LIFE!? Every aspect of my whole experience from 1st office visit to last post-op visit and EVERYTHING in between was exceptional- WITHOUT exception!! The receptionist was pleasant enough but this information is out of date. Dr. Hayes is not accepting new patients and she does not take most major health insurance. Even worse, she referred me to a provider who does not have the credentials to provide the care I need.

Office can't take phone calls ever waiting for longest time and does not return.. Its pathetic office ever called

Worst office ever. If this doctor really cares about her reputation, it's time for her to wake up and do some immediate fixes to the way she runs her office. Like mentioned in the other comments, starting off with the first thing which is the phone system they have. It's ridiculous that this doctor on her website talks about her great history of her practice but in reality she can't keep up with it. I've been trying to call the office to schedule an appointment for the past month and still couldn't get anyone to answer especially the so called surgical coordinator of her. If she is that well known and has so much money she should really hire more staff. This is pathetic. If you are looking for a cosmetic surgeon, you would have to wait your entire life to be able to see this one so I suggest you look for another reliable Doctor Worst office ever. Dr. Hayes is quite simply the best GYN ever. It is worth the wait to find a doctor who is professional, compassionate and proficient at her work.

My wife, Joyce, is very pleased with medical treatment provided by Jennifer Hayes, MD and Sharon Welsh. Dr Hayes and Sharon Welsh explained each procedure and answered my wife's questions. The office staff are all very courteous and helpful with prescriptions and setting appointments.

The care and compassion that Dr. Hayes and her staff have is second to none. They are so extremely professional and at the same time they are able to communicate such gentleness and kindness. The skill and competency that Dr. Hayes and her staff demonstrate is absolutely superior. I am livid!!!! Filled out the proper paperwork 3-weeks ago, and dropped it off at the office prior to my appointment. Walked in for the appt., the receptionist asked me to fill out paperwork. Told the receptionist I filled it out weeks ago and brought it in. Shows how organized I am. My appt. was for 10:30am, the nurse took my vitals at 11:10, and said you really had a 10:45 apt., we give you 15 minutes to fill out your paperwork. I waited with my clothes off till 11:35. Are you kidding me?? My time is just as valuable. I put my clothes back on and walked out! Very thoughtful Doctor who listens and provides care as if she were your friend or sister, but with the requisite medical knowledge that can actually help you. I went through a terrible time with a miscarriage and the entire staff was very helpful and kind.
