Dr. Jennifer Lynn Harrington

About a year ago I gave this location a 5 and was amazed by the service. My wife did the Viveve procedure. And Nikia was amazing and so charming. In fact Dr Harrington herself is an amazing doctor. But it's a 1 star because of Margo. She is so harsh and uses a nonchalant "I don't care about you, take it or leave it attitude". It's almost borderline cocky. We live in social media era and we are about to face another 2007-2008 economic crisis so non essentials procedures will almost be reduced as families go on belt tightening mode which is Margo's "I don't care about you attitude" seems just so bizarre. Word of mouth is key in any business not to mention repeat business. Oh well. It's great for Dr Harrington was able to keep a 4.9 rating in spite of Margo's attitude towards unless of course Margo targets people with certain background and names!

I followed Tara over from her last practice. I would follow her anywhere. I completely trust her with all of my anti-aging treatments like Botox and fillers!

The staff is Very professional, caring, friendly, superb customer service and patient focused. I highly recommend this practice. I also like the ambience. Thanks for a successful surgery!

My first experience here was liposuction on my abdomen my Dr. Kobiena. It was my first procedure & I was scared but they made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. The front desk staff is welcoming, the nurses, everyone. Before I chose Harrington & associates for my surgery I met with 2 other surgeons in the twin cities area but I knew I wanted to go here by the way they treat clients. I went in yesterday for facial filler & was unsure of what I needed to achieve the desired look & she knew exactly what to do. Google prompted me for a review yesterday for some reason, even though my procedure was 4 years ago. I guess I will add this as a cautionary tale to others to trust your instincts. In this sea of positive reviews, and even some of my own experience, I can see that Dr. Harrigton's compassion and skill set is highly regarded - and it should be - she has a wealth of experience as a brilliant trauma surgeon prior to being a cosmetic surgeon. Unfortunately, I had a very unsatisfactory chin-lipo experience that has left me with a result far worse than what I started with. I get that there are no 100% guarantees with any cosmetic work and knew that it was possible that my results could be less than what I hoped for. What nags at me still is that the day of my procedure, she seemed a bit aggravated (maybe that's normal?) and commented to the friend that drove me there that I had "waited too long to have this done" I was so nervous about being put under that I couldn't think much of it at the time. In hindsight, I sure do wish that she would've made that statement or quantified this more before the day of my surgery; I may have opted not to do it. In our consult appointments prior, she did make the statement that she felt my skin had enough bounce to re-adhere and not sag like it has. In follow-up appointments, she was again receptive and compassionate and offered to give me a slight discount on a different needle/radio frequency procedure that has fairly bad reviews that could possibly help with the skin laicity I now have. I opted to not chase bad money with more bad money as that procedure costs even more than the lipo I had. Now I'm left with this visible reminder of my insecurities. The upshot of it all is that I'm also much more aware of the importance of accepting myself and still loving me, no matter what I look like on the outside. The care, compassion and expertise are beyond what one normally finds in today’s healthcare. Dr Harrington and her staff not only deal with the physical but take great interest and care in you has a whole person. With each visit I leave feeling like I have spent time with amazing people.

This was my first surgery. The doctor and staff were very helpful and friendly. They made sure I was ok and if I ever needed anything. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs surgery. They are so caring to every person they help. Was an amazing experience. I'm very happy

Fast at responding. Everyone was friendly and informative. The only thing I wish was different would be to see the doctor again sometime after the surgury to discuss the results. Results were good, just would be nice to have that connection.

In case you hadn’t heard, Harrington’s exceptional reputation supersedes her in the medical community, state and around the country. For example, at my pre-op with my Allina health care provider (side note -love my provider, Jean Kummer +dislike Allina) exclaimed, “Dr. Jennifer Harrington! How did you get her!?!” Proceeding to go on and on about how lucky I was, and why, have her as my plastic surgeon. Since I had insurance I had to wait FIVE months for an appointment and then was told she only does 1 day a month for insurance patients so my surgery could not be scheduled for over a YEAR! GREED! Horrible. Would not recommend. Bad results from her work and her bedside manner changes dramatically when faced with the outcome. In addition to the mental anguish in dealing with the outcome and her bedside manner, spending thousands more and additional surgery to correct her work.

Dr Harrington is the BEST!! I will definitely recommend her. Her and her staff are wonderful to work with, answer questions without hesitation and the follow-up after surgery is great! They are without a doubt a great team!!

I had a breast reduction and lift on Feb 27, 2019. Can I tell you how much I love my boobs? This was the absolutely best thing I have ever done for myself. I went from a 34DDD to a 34C! Dr. Harrington and her team were amazing! Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she is up front, honest and personable. She and her team are available before and after the procedure to answer all your questions and make sure you are comfortable. They are extremely attentive to your needs. Since having this procedure my self confidence has increased so much! For the first time in 30 years I am comfortable and feel I look great with and without clothing!! She made me wait 1 1/2 hours at my consultation. I should of left but I need a good plastic surgeon. She never said she was sorry. She was mean to my autistic child saying no, No, No as the no's got higher from her . Would not even give her a 1 star. Bed side manner not good at all!
