Augusta Pediatric Associates (APA) is not a good doctors office, staff seems to be nice up front but that is just a lie. The doctor (I’m not mentioning a name for privacy sake), seemed cocky and non-helpful. The nurses come in and just want to get the job done. The waiting room never feels sanitational. And for as appointments, it’s horrible. When you call in for an appointment, they make you wait at least 3-4 months before your child gets seen, then when the day finally comes for your appointment, they make you wait in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes (More likely an hour), when you go up to the desk to ask when you will be able to go back, they say ‘Oh Your next!’, so you wait and the next you hear them call someone else’s name, over and over this happens. This is thoroughly aggravating. We switched doctors and hope this will not happen with this one, it has been a very bad experience.
