From the moment Dr. Cunningham, walked into the room, she was rude, cold, and uncaring. She kept pressuring me as to why I had not gotten my Covid vaccine. I was there to have my thyroid checked, not to talk about covid. I have a family physician for that! She was demeaning, and frankly very unprofessional. I would never recommend her to anyone. I left her office with no help or answers. What a waste of time. I’ll be seeing a new doctor, at a different hospital, that respects their patients.

Dr. Cunningham is professional and thorough. Excellent care.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been waiting for weeks for my appointment with this doctor. She had her staff call me the afternoon BEFORE my morning appointment to say she wouldn’t see me. She only sees diabetic and thyroid patients. I was referred to her because the metformin was not leveling my sugars, they were up and down not consistent, so my primary wanted to verify if I am truly diabetic and heck if it is linked to my pancreas since I have been having chronic pancreatitis. I have been waiting for literally weeks, she had the nerve to contact me the day before. I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. I had to change my work schedule and lose money due to this appointment and she cancels it last minute, less than 24 hrs. I find this to be very unprofessional and feel she clearly is an inconsiderate doctor that has no respect for her patients or their time. It’s sad that her name is attached to Rush. Dr. Cunningham was a breath of fresh air. I was diagnosed with Addison's Disease 6 years ago and I was looking for a new endo that was knowledgeable, had good bedside manner, and was open to listening to their patient. Dr. Cunningham exceeded that. She answered most of my questions before I even asked them and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I felt extremely comfortable and quite relieved after 6 years of feeling lost. Thank you to Dr. Cunningham and the entire office for your efficiency and kindness. I was diagnosed with Addison's Disease 6 years ago and I was looking for a new endo that was knowledgeable, had good bedside manner, and was open to listening to their patient.
