Machines for laser hair removal break down frequently, long wait times, and very hard to get ahold of to schedule appointments.

I have been a patient with Dr. Cova for a few years. I had my first "mildly" abnormal pap smear where she told me it was no big deal but I needed to schedule a coloscopy. During the procedure her and the assistant told me it was nothing to worry about. A few days later I get a call that I actually had very abnormal cells and had to get surgery which she normally didn't do on patient who had not been pregnant yet. Needless to say I was absolutely terrified. To make a long story short after numerous calls and messages via MyChart, ONE MONTH later, I get a call from someone else asking me where I left off with the last girl I spoke with (over a month ago) to get this procedure scheduled. I am in disbelief that at my actual moment of need I was completely abandon and the most unprofessional situation I have ever been apart of (and I work in healthcare). When I actually needed something no one was there. Don't risk your health here! Go elsewhere for all of your OBGYN needs.

Dr. Cova is unprofessional. During my colposcopy procedure there were her plus 2 of her associates in the room. I was in pain, ( I was crying) she had one of her associates go out of the room to get something. They left the door open when I was on the table undressed from the waist down. She was explaining my procedure to her associates but not to me. HoRRiBLe bed side manner. She put the speculum in me three different times. When getting dressed when my procedure was over there was a metal container with the three different bloody speculums in there with swabs and blood collected in a small cup. I was horrified. I could not leave that office soon enough. I will NEVER go back there. HoRRiBLe service.

Didn't listen to me about my delievery. Horrible wait times. I think she isn't good with patients. Cuz she seemed annoyed by me.

I’ve been going to Dr Cova for several years and not once have I ever been seen at my appointment time. They ask to get here early to fill out paperwork but keep me waiting 30 minutes to an hour each time waiting to see the doctor. She also spends about 5 minutes with me each visit and always seems like she is in a hurry.

Horrible. Does not care about her patients. No compassion. Spent minimal time with me. Office is poorly operated. Wait time is unacceptable.

Dr. Cova has delivered all 3 of my grandchildren and soon to be the 4th. My daughter who is 31 yrs old and is 33 weeks pregnant just recently had a heart attack. Dr. Cova was very concerned and stepped right in & got her into the appropriate Doctors for her care. She went above and beyond to help her out. She has also done my Hysterectomy. We are very lucky to have Dr. Cova as our OB and GYN!! She has been wonderful to me and my family!! Love her!!

Dr. Cova was late coming in, making for an extremely long wait. Information on my chart was ignored and I was almost given something for women who have had children. Rather than reschedule, I was given something completely different with no information on it and no time to research it... just Dr. Cova saying "This should work". The entire time I was there in the stirrups, other staff members were in and out of the room to talk to Dr. Cova, usually without even knocking & leaving the door open.

Not a good doctor! Will never go back.

Dr. Cova's office is so wonderful! If you haven't had laser hair removal you need to! It is inexpensive and my hair is completely gone! It really isn't painful and the end result is more than worth it! Trust me ladies! : )

My experience at Dr. Cova's office was superior! The older I get, the more I feel as though things "just aren't right" in lots of aspects with my hormones. Dr. Cova took the time to really listen to my concerns and addressed all of my issues. She made me feel safe, comfortable and "normal" with all of my issues. After having bioidentical hormone replacement pellet therapy, I am like a NEW woman. It's amazing to me that I didn't even realize how bad I really felt until I had the pellets. I

I scraped together enough to get a discount on Cool Sculpting by purchasing a $5,000 package. It wasn't until my 1st appt that I found out the possibility of severe pain following treatment. Because I already suffer from chronic pain of arthritis and fibromyalgia, I decided not to take those treatments & asked for a refund. I was told I could get one. It took 6 MONTHS and MANY calls to finally get my refund...minus $200 non-refundable...which I would have MADE by investing that $$! Disgusted.

She dismissed my medical concerns as a result of eating too many carbs. In my very first visit Dr. Cova suggested that I try laser hair removal for my facial hair, which was not only a very rude comment, but also wholly unrelated to my medical concerns. Wait times are horrendous, staff consistently overcharge me for visits, and Dr. Cova even recommended that I consider surgical love handle removal. I am 22, a recovered ED patient, and did not need that advice. Horrible person and horrible doctor
