Dr. Buck is a highly professional and personable plastic surgeon. She takes her time listening to the patient’s concerns and expectations while giving honest and realistic advice which leads to an amazing outcome. She was the first doctor I saw for a consultation and I knew instantly that she was the ONE! The results are amazing! Thank you, Doctor Buck!

I don't even know where to start! Dr Buck has changed my life in such a positive way. She has such great bed side manners for a Dr and she really cared about all my concerns and answered all my questions. My procedure was of medical issues (not cosmetic). She was honest, caring and very professional. She personally spoke with my husband and daughter while I was in recovery and assured them that all went well! My primary care physician recommended Dr. Buck since I had no clue which plastic surgeon to approach for elective cosmetic surgery. It was one of the best recommendations I have ever received. Beyond being a pleasant and caring person, Dr. Buck immediately won my trust since she identified my issue and did not try to oversell me on procedures I didn’t need. Her staff were wonderful and the care I received on the day of my surgery, their follow-up and the final results were all exceptional. I will be visiting them again despite the hour and a half drive it takes me to get to their office, it is well worth it! I saw Dr Jennifer Buck for a surgical procedure. Dr. Buck is a very professional, caring, hands-on surgeon. She discussed the surgery from beginning to end so I was very comfortable with the procedure. She assisted with walking me to my ride after the Surgery. She removed my drains. She will remove my sutures next week. My surgery was an amazing, wonderful experience. Yes, her medical assistant did assist when it was required. Dr. Buck, and her staff are wonderful. The staff and Dr. Buck are all terrific. Warm and very caring and Dr. Buck does have a great bedside manner. About a year and a have ago I had an eyes lift and a face lift. Well a piece of debri was under my eye lid right after the surgery. I hadn’t even left the office, I mentioned something about it and I was ignored. I went back for a check up a few days later and told Dr. Buck about it. I could not open my eye because something was rubbing on my eye creating a horrible pain. She took a look but didn’t see anything. On my next follow up visit a few days later my eye was still a problem and she went ahead and took the stitches out from the eye surgery hoping that would fix my problem. It didn’t. I asked her if she took the stitches out would it effect the outcome of the surgery, she said no. Well, It did. I came in with beautiful shaped eyes, now one is bigger than the other and they look horrible. I have scars from the stitches on both eyes that go from below the eye brow to above the eye brow. Taking the stitches out did not fix the problem with my eye and she offered nothing in the way of a solution. Out the door I went still wearing a patch over my eye because I couldn’t open my eye. I finally went to an ophthalmologist, he found what looked like a cutting from a stitch that was under my eye lid that was rubbing on my eye. Such pain it caused. I am lucky it didn’t get infected. I called the office and left a message for Dr. Buck with the ophthalmologists finding. I never heard back from her or her staff. After all of my follow up appointments I have not stepped foot in her office. I truly wish she would have made things right by me. I hate looking in the mirror and seeing her bad work looking back at me, and unpaid for it! This really sucks that I have to go through the surgery and expense again to be happy about what I see in the mirror. I am so happy for the ones that had great outcomes, I wish I could have been one of them. The face lift really wasn’t that great either. Dr Buck is excellent her compassion and love for what she does shines bright! She listens and understands works with you very honest and so easy to talk to about your goals her eye for detail is amazing. i'm very pleased with my results. Dr. Buck was very informative and made sure I knew what to expect. The day of the surgery was a great experience from the start to the finish, Dr. Buck herself put me int he car.

I could not recommend Dr Buck enough! She was kind and attentive and patient with all my questions and concerns. She was extremely thorough with our procedure during consultation and what post op would look like for me. I really felt like we were in this together throughout my pre and post op. I had a pretty significant breast reduction going from a Jcup to a D. I am now 3 weeks post op and it’s been a hard last few weeks but I am sooooooooo impressed at how symmetrical they are and I can not wait to be fully healed! Before Dr Buck I was in significant pain just doing everyday things. From lower back to neck pain something I’ve lived with half my life. From my first visit to the office to my last appointment, the entire staff was very professional and kind. I was extremely satisfied with my results. Dr. Buck is not only a fantastic surgeon, she is a fantastic person! She has care and empathy for her patients. At 78 yrs old, I thought I was to old to have breast reduction. Dr. Buck assured me I wasn’t and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. The surgery was wonderful and I had no pain post surgery. She has given me a new look on life! I have recommended her to several people and will continue to do so in the future.

Dr. Buck helped me after I had two scars (divots) on my face due to treatment for basal cell cancer. She is a great doctor and the surgery she performed to repair the scars was perfect.

I received lip fillers today and I am so happy with the look! Very gentle and very professional. I can’t wait to come back and have some other stuff done!

Dr. Buck is incredibly intelligent and skilled. She knows a woman's body and how to make it look beautiful. She has great bedside manner and always makes you feel important. Her results are incredibly natural.

I have been going to Dr. Ross for 16 years. His attention to detail and care for his patients is like no other. I often tell him I am not sure what I'm going to do once he retires. Honestly, I cannot imagine going to anyone else. Not only am I writing this review, But I refer all my friends and family to Dr. Ross.

As a 30 year breast cancer survivor - with multiple reconstructions I had a very complicated surgery - difficult finding a doctor who could do it. Dr. Buck is an excellent surgeon, very professional and highly trained. Her office also runs very smoothly.

I was referred by another doc for evaluation for a breast reduction and I agreed w/Dr. Buck on that finding. No free consult w/this doc despite the referral. I have had fillers done occasionally over the last 20 yrs (! am 67.); I agreed to Volumina while there: 'half my face bruised for two weeks from these injections by Dr. B. & I had to ASK for cold compresses? $1500 bill I pd in full on leaving but then I received a $32 new pt chg in the mail. The bill was 1/3 too high. Find someone else.

I had Basal Cell cancer surgery on the left side of my nose and two older cancer surgery sites near my right temple. I decided I would interview several top-rated plastic surgeons in our area. My goal was to choose the surgeon who could perform a repair of all three cancer sites. I interviewed Dr. Buck and she examined each area carefully. Of the three qualified plastic surgeons I interview she impressed me the most. I liked her professional manner, keen attention to detail and her personalized reconstructive surgery recommendation. She was working on me and another patient at the same time, not very professional. Technically a good surgeon - stitching is good and no scarring. But she'll give you what she wants, not necessarily what you want. She talks but doesn't listen. She doesn't appear experienced and/or organized - for example, she'll say one thing, then do another during surgery, then tell you she doesn't remember what she originally told you and then has to do another surgery to give you what you originally wanted.
