Dr Brinkmeier is an amazing Doctor who has been very patient with me and my child. I highly recommend her for anyone whose child is having ENT issues.
Dr. Brinkmeier is Awesome! My son has been seeing her for about 6 years and every experience has been a pleasant one. I remember when I first bought my son to her to resolve his excessive saliva, it was a last resort as no other ENT doctor had been able to resolve. She immediately gave a few remedies we could try. My son loves her! And she genuinely cares. A big Thank You to Dr. Brinkmeier!
Very Disrespectful Staff!! I called to inform them I was running a few minutes late due to an accident. I was told that Dr. Brinkmeier said I couldn’t be any longer than 5 minutes late because she was on a tight schedule. I arrived 8 minutes late, and was asked to reschedule after hearing the staff ask if “I was the one?”. Needless to say I was turned away for 8 minutes of having to wait in the lobby and exam room before I would have been seen anyways. I will not be returning!
My son has had trouble keeping tubes in his ears. Dr. Brinkmeier has been a great find! Outstanding bedside manner and very knowledgeable. We are confident our son is getting the best care possible with her!
