Jennifer Bingham

Dr. Bingham listens. I always felt like she wanted to know my individual symptoms and needs; she wasn't looking for a 'textbook' case with a quick answer to get you out the door. I miss Dr. Bingham. I switched doctors during the pandemic and like my current doctor also so haven't switched back (I hate switching around). I recommend Dr. Bingham.

Office staff is horrible. I have been double charged on many occasions, they have waited a week before calling in my medication, they are rude and will tell you anything to keep them from being accountable for their mistakes, and they will loose your X-Rays and tell you that it's to bad....we have to go and pay to have x-Rays re-taken at our expense. Dr. Bingham use to care about her patients, but seems now the office is the boss and Dr. Bingham goes along with what they say. Very sad!! I would find another place to go if I were you!!

Best physician in northwest arkansas. She listens to her patients and does not just treat you like number. She's very thorough and refers you to great doctors if needed for treatment.

I can’t say enough good things about this entire clinic. I wish I could personally respond to every unkind comment I have read on here. There are two sides to every story.. and I personally don’t no what happened in any of these situations..but I can tell you from personal experience, there isn’t a staff member there that wouldn’t go out of their way to help you. I have also worked for Dr. Bingham many years ago.. One thing I can tell you about working for her is..I knew my job would be OVER if I was ever rude to a patient. That was always made very clear to her staff. It’s hard to believe these things when I personally have seen the wait list of people who would love to see her. AWFUL. DOES NOT LISTEN OR ACTUALLY CARE FOR HER PATIENTS. Made my nephews issues a million times worse. DO NOT SEE THIS "DOCTOR"

Rudest office I have ever been to. So unprofessional. The Dr clearly has no idea what she is doing or how to treat patients. "I don't know how to help you" is pretty ridiculous for clinical depression. Obviously does not care about her patients or job.

This is a joke of a "Doctor's office." Tiffany, the manager is a complete liar and does not care about patients, only money. Dr. Jennifer Bingham is an even bigger joke, over prescribing BENZOS and getting patients addicted and then suddenly, taking that prescription away. She will make you completely drug dependent, then drop you. No other doctor in town will see you after they see your medication list. Just know she really does not care for or about her patients, no matter how many yrs you go to her, or how caring she seems! She is actually the one person I truly wish I never ever met!

Spent the last week trying to get ahold of doctor Bingham with no luck. I'm out of my meds, her staff is extremely unprofessional. No one should come to this twisted doctor unless you want to be forgotten aboutabout and not have your meds. there was a sign on the door saying they would be back in office at 1PM, i waited until 3PM and no one ever showed up. terrible excuse for a medical practice. This office has become a joke. The ladies up front have no customer service, even the front office manager Tiffany was outright rude. They will start billing you for things that have never been part of process in the past and if you don't have insurance you will have to fight with heartland or various other medical companies for months. They will call to make sure you are coming in, then tell you at the office you can't see the doc without taking a urine test, or blood test etc etc. Ive seen Bingham for ADHD and anxiety for over a year and and never once had this sort of unprofessionalism displayed in her office. She has helped me overcome so much!

Very caring and very informative when it comes to my health. I'm thankful to have found such a wonderful doctor and staff who take their time to address any issues I may have. Thank you Dr. Bingham!!

Dr. Bingham is one of the most caring people I've ever come across, oh and she's a doctor too. She truly listens and wants the best for you. Love her!

I have endometriosis, PCOS, and a retroverted uterus. Dr. Bingham is the first doctor who has ever listened to what I needed and believed my pain! She’s an amazing doctor!! She has been treated my pain & now that I’m on an extended release pain medication I am slowly lowering my immediate pain relieve medication! I also don’t wake up with pain like I have for the past 4 year! I have had 3 surgeries in the past 4 years. I’m use to getting one surgery every year during the summer, this is the first year I have NOT had to get a surgery!! She is so friendly and understands and listens to me! At the end of each appointment she gives me a hug. She’s amazing! I’m so glad I don’t have to start orilissa because she’s the first doctor to actually try metformin with me and it’s actually working!!! Thank you Dr. Bingham! You are amazing!! Dr. Bingham and her staff really care about everyone. I have been a patient with her for years and she has helped me with my Epilepsy and Cerebral Palsy. She takes the time to know you as a person not just a number. Dr. Bingham hires outstanding staff, they care as much as she does and is professional. I have been seeing Dr. Bingham for 7 months. Dr. Bingham and office staff are amazing. Dr. Bingham hired a New Office Manager Tiffany and she has turned that place completely around for the good. I can see a great change in New Staff Members and the type of patients coming in to be seen. Atmosphere is wonderful and service even better. Dr. Bingham has done wonders for me and my daughter with weight loss. I have never been this happy with myself. I look forward to awesome changes to come. Dr Bingham is the only Dr that I trust. She actually listens to you describe your issues and can diagnose you on the spot, she is very intelligent, she actually cares about her patients, I don’t know what I would do without her. Her staff is very nice and helpful as well.

Office staff a joke. Rude and have no idea what they are doing. I saw this doctor go from a very caring professional to someone that doesn’t care and dropped patients they have seen her for years.

Love this lady! She's knowledgeable and caring and takes great care of her patients.

Dr. Bingham is a blessing and has helped so many people. She truly cares and takes the time to determine the problem at hand and presents a plan of action. I recommend her to anyone needing a good internal medicine specialist. Hats off to you Dr. Bingham.

Dr. Just Bingham is amazing. My domestic partner has been trying to take off her extra weight for over 20 years. After 12 months with Dr. Bingham, she dropped 10pounds and it keeps coming off.
