I have been a pactient for at least 7 yrs it is up to u to know your body and find a dr you like

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - THE DR AND STAFF ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!!! ABANDONED BY DR AS I WAITED 5 WEEKS TO GET BLOOD PANEL RESULTS BACK IN APRIL. MY CONDITION REQUIRES BLOOD TESTS EVERY 3 MONTHS FOR MONITORING 2 DIFFERENT CONDITIONS; TO DATE, THAT DR / STAFF CAN NOT KEEP TRACK OF TESTING OR COMMUNICATE NEW POLICIES. I FIND MYSELF HAVING TO DO THEIR JOB AND CALL IN TO ASK WHAT'S GOING ON. I RAN OUT OF A HORMONE LAST THURSDAY. CALLED WALGREENS. THEY NEEDED APPROVAL. WALGREEN'S HAD SENT A FAX FOR VERIFICATION AND THE RECEPTIONIST, BARBARA, HADN'T EVEN LOOKED THROUGH A STACK OF FAXES TO FIND MINE AS I CALLED TO EXPEDITE THIS LAG OF MEDS. TODAY, OUT OF MEDICATION, I CALLED THE DR'S OFFICE. BARBARA, THE RECEPTIONIST, HAD ME ON HOLD MORE THAT 25 MINUTES ON 3 SEPARATE PHONE CALLS. AT CLOSE OF TODAY'S BUSINESS HOURS, I CALLED ANOTHER BRANCH TO FIND OUT THE STATUS AS I DIDN'T HEAR FROM BARBARA OR WALGREENS. GOT TO TALK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER, MARGE, WHO YELLED OVER ME AS I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE POOR SERVICE AND NEGLECT OR BEING "BLACK BALLED"... AND HOW I MIGHT NOT SHOULD BE TAKING ANY MEDICATION BECAUSE IT WASN'T IMPORTANT. SHE THEN SAID THAT THEY HAVE A NEW POLICY - PRESCRIPTIONS NEEDING REFILLS WILL COST... $25! THIS IS WE PATIENTS PAYING FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE. I AM VERY UPSET AFTER WAITING FOR A REFILL FOR 4 DAYS...AND NEVER, NEVER, NEVER WAS TOLD IN ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION THAT THERE WAS A "NEW POLICY" OF REFILLS COSTING AN ADDITIONAL FEE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS DR CAN GET AWAY WITH ABANDONING MY CARE AND I HAVE TO SEEK THEM OUT AND IT COSTS ME ADDITIONALLY. (THIS DR IS A 3RD GENERATION PHYSICIAN AND YOU'D THINK SHE'D BE GOOD AT HER JOB. TRUTH IS, SHE HAS 7 OFFICES IN THE AREA AND GOES TO A DIFFERENT OFFICE EACH DAY; HER NURSE PRACTITIONER IS IN CHARGE OF THE RICHMOND OFFICE. I'VE WAITED UP TO 2 HOURS AFTER APPOINTED OFFICE VISIT TIME.) WTH? NO ONE DESERVES TO BE IGNORED, ESPECIALLY AT INSURANCE PRICES, RIGHT?

Dr.Jennifer Bellucci and her staff are the very best.im 65 and have alot if doctors. These offices are caring and capable. For me its family,that's how they make me feel.all the offices offer the same service an care.!! My Antioch office have quality people and care. Doctors are caring and ask all the right questions. Personal.

Horrible practice, staff could care less about patients. Can’t get a refill on Metformin, super long wait times an hour sometimes 2 to see a practioner. Awful place. Please don’t go here.

SHE IS DEFINITELY WITH YOU through thick and thin. Thankful for her intuition, experience and patient service. She comes from a family of doctors and it shows. :)

Awesome doctor, definitely would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a new doctor!

This is a scary place to get your medical care. One physician runs 4 offices with all nurse practitioners that are poorly trained. I an educated nurse who has practiced for 20 years on public aid now because of a series of serious diagnoses, injuries, and surgeries. When I complained about a prior authorization for a stomach medication I need after 10+ phone calls and countless conversations, the receptionist said "Don't complain to me. You are on public aid. You don't get to complain."

This office is terrible. I have been taking my daughter here since she was newborn (one yr now). Not only is it dirty and takes at least an hour to get in for our appointments, the staff is uneducated and inconsiderate. They have brushed off small concerns i have had about my daughter, directed me to people who have nothing to do with a problem we had. I also found out, after taking my daughter to every check up shes needed, they have missed scheduled shots. We are finding a new dr n wont return

Dr. Bellucci is a good doctor. She is well informed to old and new medicine. Wish she could spend more time with her patients. The offices are not kept very clean. Nurses don't disinfect rooms after patients leave. Floors in rooms are pretty filthy. You can tell they are not washed daily. Sometimes you have to wait 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room to see her. Once you get in it's a quick in and out.

The doctor herself is really sweet and professional. Her offices are awful. They aren't always the cleanest either.
