Dr. Jennie Campbell

She has been my primary physician for 7 years. She is quiet but listens well, is quite perceptive.

Anyone looking for a compassionate doctor as PCP - my advise will be to find someone else. My wife had 2-3 visits with her and she felt NOT LISTENED; poor communication and lack of empathy is their thing.

I am so happy I chose Dr Campbell as my primary physician. I have a complex medical history with several chronic conditions. She is very kind, caring and compassionate. Provides very thorough examinations and always listens carefully to my concerns & addresses my questions. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in her office.

I moved here and had to find a new doctor. I had loved my former doctor, and was concerned about replacing her. Dr. Cambell has been wonderful. She was able to reduce my medications, and always asks the right questions. I am very happy to have found her.

I have been under Dr Campbell's care for several years now and have always found that she is caring and listens without imposing her own impressions forcefully. She has provided necessary information to help make educated decisions regarding my care as a team. Only once did I feel this approach caused me a slower resolution of my reflux, however both her associates approached my symptoms in the same manner. I would definitely recommend her care to many as personal, caring, and smart!

If I could leave 0 Stars I would she doesn't even deserve one star aside from her horrible personality her method of caring for a patient is non-existent I am very uncomfortable with the service that was provided or not provided and now I need to find another doctor to treat the reason I went for initially. Buyer beware. Overall Springhouse internal medicine is a horrible horrible practice

Once I left a doc because she bragged about her child attending an ivy league school; I couldn't afford such a school and my kid was commuting a local college. Point is, when people gripe about a prescriber, they carry a filter around that skews their opinions for whatever reason. While Dr. Campbell is not a smiley, touchy feely, happy-the-clown doctor, she has given my 92 year old aunt sound advice in a sensitive manner; she has more patience than many other docs I've seen in action.

DR. Campbell has the bed side manner of a rock. This would be something I could put up with except, she is also a poor physician. She doesn't listen to what her patients say about how they are feeling. She makes her patients feel stupid and like their feelings and hurts do not matter. I can't imagine why she is a family practice doctor. She should be in a lab! Her diagnosis method is ridiculous. Only upside is her nurse Lisa is wonderful.

She has no Bed Side manner at all, so busy telling you what to do, when she HAS NOT listened to your issues
