Dr. Foote’s office staff are incompetent and borderline rude. Little to no greeting or service given. Had a first appointment scheduled and incredibly LOUD music playing in the waiting room. After 40 minutes, I politely asked if there was any way to turn the volume down a bit. Nope. No results. Waited for over an hour past appointment time and let them know I had to leave due to other appointments. No excuses, much less apologies. Dr. Foote may be a wonderful doctor but very few patients would put up with this lack of care or service to get back to see her. Hope she is able to read these bad reviews many people have left.

Dr. Foote is amazing! she is extremely knowledgeable and kind and her staff makes you feel like family! I have sent numerous family and friends to her over the many years and have extreme respect and confidence in her and her team! Shout out to Lisa and Jason for always assisting us with appointments and care with a loving hand! They make a bad situation more comforting!

I connected with Dr Foote through ER. I’m from Detroit and had a kidney stone attack while in flight to Atlanta. I was immediately at ease upon meeting Dr Foote. She “handled” my issues surgically and more. She was friendly and patient and was a calming force in a very stressful time. My wife and I are very grateful for her support and feel blessed to have met her under the circumstances. I highly recommend her to anyone and I can’t thank her enough for making a harrowing experience as positive as possible.

Rating should be 5, successful surgery but 3 post-surgical messages were not returned by nurse. Resuming blood thinner after surgery should be a priority especially when patient is elderly. Took 2 days to book appointment, assured at booking nurse would call, very disappointed, Dr. Foote came highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr. Foote by my gynecologist (Dr. Dolan) for recurrent bladder infections that have resulted in 3-4 infections per year...for over 40 years! Dr. Foote collaborates regularly with gynecologists in the Atlanta to provide care for post menopausal women. I feel extremely fortunate to have (finally) been referred to Dr. Foote. She and her team are highly skilled, knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and efficient! After all of these years, I finally feel as though I have a doctor who will work with me until this thorny problem is resolved. What more could I ask for?

Dr. Foote is a excellent surgeon, but something changed in the last 15 yrs. I did return to Dr. Foote for another problem. Dr. Foote wanted me to pay ($1500) for a procedure, that I knew my insurance payed for. I went to the hospital for the procedure, without out of pocket cost. The person I met 15yrs ago, is not the person we see today. What happened? Is there a lack of appreciation for your customers? FYI: the front desk is a representative of the physicians. The behavior has been approved. I have a neighbor who had cancer and surgery with Midtown Urology. He left the practice due to the inability to get intouch with the surgeon. Collect the cash and pass.

We were recommended by the oncologist to Dr Foote. We reached out multiple times to set up an appt and the answer was always “call back”, “we’re in clinic”, “leave a message (left 2 messages on 2 occasions)”, “I know you were just on hold 22 minutes but can you call back tomorrow”. That’s what I was asked on my 7th attempt. I’m sure she’s great, not sure her office Mgmt is up to speed.

Dr. Foote is a great Doctor, caring and takes her time with you but the Nurse Line of communication needs some work. They don't return calls or mis-communicate information.

Dr. Foote is amazing. I took my mom to see her in October. Dr. Foote is smart, patient, and thorough. Dare I say that she is one of the best doctors I have seen in action. When I left that appointment, I felt good about what we learned. We had to do some testing in order to make a final plan, but that was no problem. It is now February and the testing has not been completed. Why? Because Dr. Foote's staff is not in the same galaxy as her. Weeeeeeks go by before anyone gets authorization for testing. Calls and vmails go unanswered. Appointments are rescheduled due to lack of supplies. This is bordering negligence. I hope Dr. Foote knows that her staff is a huge liability for her. If she doesn't, she needs to learn about it and fix it ASAP. In the meantime, it looks like we need to find a new doctor which really stinks because Dr. Foote is awesome. Her staff, unfortunately, is not. Update: Since I've written this review, we decided to give it another try. They proceeded to cancel 3 appointments on the day of. Today's cancelation was because the tech is out sick. Lol. Enough. Our appointment with the new doctor is next week. I had some less than excellent experiences with some of the staff here, but both Dr. Foote and Lisa in the front office staff were excellent. They both are human and understand the fears that come along with a lot of medical appointments. I'd return here just for them.

The office failed in its communication with me at all possible levels. The scheduler never contacted me to make the testing appt. the dr. ordered, even when I left her multiple messages spanning several weeks. The office manager, once I involved her, scheduled the test at my preferred site, but failed to send orders for the test, a fact I discovered only after I prepared for and showed up for the test! So, in a subsequent phone call, I requested a copy of the orders and I then scheduled the appt. myself in July. Though the imaging center sent the results from that July test to Dr. Foote in a timely fashion, it was on DECEMBER 1 through a phone call, that she (Dr. Foote)finally contacted me and then revealed the results. Nearly FIVE Months after the fact, I was learning that there was a possible problem necessitating an additional test which she said her scheduler would arrange! Given the experience I had had thus far (which I initially shared with the doctor in a US postal delivery months earlier) and which I recapped during that 12/1call, I simply asked that those results be forwarded to my primary care physician who would direct me about possible next steps, including helping me find another urologist! I am so disappointed by the needless waste of time, the lack of basic service delivery and the absence of communication at ALL levels of this experience at Midtown Urology. Dr Foote is considered to be one of the best In the field of urology. I agree!! Dr Foote, and her staff take time with every patient. she went well beyond the call for me as well. If your lucky enough to get an appointment with her. Rest assured she will figure out the issues..

She is the best! My husband and I came all the way from North Carolina the Doctors where we live would not help.

In Dr. Foote's office, appointment times are not needed. That's because no matter what time you show up, you'll need to wait at least an hour to be seen. I'd wait to see a good doctor. But Dr. Foote fails in that regard as well. She is condescending, irrational, and rude. The same can be said of her office staff. Very pleased with our visit to doctor foot yesterday.she was very informative and gave us a lot of Hope concerning the treatment of my problem we look forward to my healing.

After dealing with the same kidney stone for 8 years and doctors before her, she was the only doctor I’ve dealt with that wanted to get to the bottom of this and was so patient with me, now I’m finally stone free and very grateful

Dr. Foote is so hands on and has a very motherly bedside manner. She is very intelligent and resourceful and finds solutions to my issues.

How refreshing to enter a medical practice where everyone I encountered was helpful, kind and cheerful. Dr. Foote took the time to answer all my questions and her staff assisted me in a professional manner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Foote for a few years and the service was typically great. However, the recent encounters with the office have been horrible. The front office staff is great; however, Dr. Foote has become extremely overwhelmed and isn't following through on patient care as she should. I had appointments that were cancelled and rescheduled but never got a call from her in regards to my test results and this went on for a month. As a result of the lack of response from the office and Dr. Foote, I decided to find a new urologist. I reached out to the medical records department to requests my records for the new urology office, and the young lady I spoke with was extremely rude and short. This is very disappointing because Dr. Foote and the office as a whole have always been awesome. I use to refer people to this practice, but not anymore. Truly disappointing. If I could leave no stars, I would. Dr. Foote treated my grandmother at Emory Midtown. She performed a surgery on her and never came to see her afterwards. She sent her student to see her the morning after surgery and then she put in discharge instructions. My grandmother had concerns about being released while having a very large amount of blood coming out in her urine. The nurse told my grandmother that if she would feel more comfortable staying in the hospital for one more night, she could. Dr. Foote called me accusing the family of refusing to take her home and was very rude. She is a very nasty MD and has no concern for pt concerns. Her bedside manner at least when speaking to family members of a elderly pt is horrible. I would not recommend her to anyone. If I could leave no stars, I would. THE WAITING WAS A LITTLE LONG BUT THE SERVICES AND FRIENDLINESS WAS GREAT. GOOD KNOWLEDGABLE AND CARING DOCTOR.

Dr. Foote is a wonderful physician. Compassionate, knowledgeable and funny. But the staff is not very professional, not very nice although cant say all the staff. Some are ok. No matter how great a doc you may be staff can bring you down.

Dr. Foote is wonderful. She is smart and kind.The wait to get in was a bit long, but she takes her time and listens. We had a great conversation which yielded solutions. You'll like her. It's not easy to find a good doctor. That's why I wanted to share my experience.

The front desk, back office, surgical staff, PA Doctors everyone connected to this office are OUTSTANDING!!!!

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, and the knowledge and level of information that I was given. I left the office armed with hope for the future.
