Very unprofessional an not caring will not recommend this practice

Heard great things about this office so I called to see if they where taking new patiences. Been working with Dr. Strohmyer since he and his staff moved into this location. My entire family now sees him as our primary care. Fun, cheerful and knowledgeable, we love being seen by him.

I've been with Doc Strohmyer for almost 30 years, and the kids since they were born. Can't imagine going to anyone else.

Will never return after my most recent experience. Had called on a Thursday to be seen in regards to a sinus infection and they said they would call me back… never got a call back. So I then called on the following Tuesday because I still wasn’t feeling well and they told me they would call me back after talking to the doctor. Within an hour they had called back and said they would not see me or prescribe anything until I had a covid test done. Luckily, I was able to get into another doctor’s office same day and was prescribed for bronchitis and a sinus infection. I am so grateful for the doctor who was actually willing to see me to get me feeling better. Clearly looks to me as if Premier Family only cares about covid and not helping their patients. Stacy Gilroy and Chris her nurse are treasures to this office. Stacy is a great listener, takes her time and shows genuine concern at every visit! Both are compassionate and efficient. Rachel in the office is very nice and easy to work with.

I love the staff and Dr.First time here and drove from omaha and its so worth the drive. I think we found our family dr thats forsure!

Dr Strohmeyer is fantastic but the billing dept & manager are awful/rude. They sent us to collections because they sent our bill to our old address ( which we had been out of for 2.5yrs), we never received a bill at our current address. Now it’s my fault and will affect our credit.....:-(

Your officer manager should NOT be working in any field that deals with people....let ALONE a doctors office! This morning she was rude and condescending to my sick girlfriend trying to make an appointment to feel better. When I was informed about this I called to question your CUSTOMER SERVICE and expected an apology.I was not asking for release of medical information or anything related to HIPPA....because that was the excuse given for not making the situation right. She (Raquel) was then doubly rude to me and hung up on me with a terrible attitude stating "do whatever you want, I dont care, thats fine, etc...Terrible business practice and even worse customer service. Stacy Gillroy is always a pleasure to see, I've been going to this doctors office since I was an infant always had a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Everyone at this clinic makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The receptionist are very kind and are extremely courteous each time that I have called. I've seen Dr. Strohmeyer about a half dozen times and I would not recommend him. I always feel rushed, he's always halfway out the door while I'm still asking questions and I feel like he isn't giving me a full service. When getting a physical, he did the bare minimum for the insurance paperwork and then started to walk away. I asked him about the rest of the usual physical checks and he said, "Oh you want a full physical?" I may be 31 and in good health but when I only get to a doctor once a year, I want to make sure everything looks and sounds good. God forbid he skip over someone who might have something serious going on that didn't get caught because he rushed through a routine health check. I was also caught off guard when he suggested I gain some weight at 175, 5'11" with a BMI of 24.4 and a higher percentage of body fat than I should probably have. Is he serious? Gilroy is amazing! She helped me through a hard time in my life and I couldn’t recommend her more.

I am so thankful to have found a physician that is caring, respectful, and intelligent. Dr. Strohmeyer does a great job and I am happy to have found him!

Dr Strohmyer has been my family doctor for years. He is a top notch doc who has always addressed my medical issues and tries alternatives if the condition persists. I can usually get right in to see him or a P.A. Short wait times and very community oriented.

Dr. Strohmyer is the best doctor I’ve had the privilege in seeing. His staff is very friendly and willing to assist. Dr. Rasmussen is also a great doctor whom is wonderful to his patients. Dr Storhmyer and Dr Gilroy are always so friendly and helpful! They never leave my questions unanswered.

I have been seeing Dr Strohmyer for over 20 years and he is the most friendly, reliable physician that I have ever known. He takes the time to understand the issue and works with the patient to determine a treatment that works for both parties. He has seen my children since they were born and has always treated them with respect.

Dr. Strohmeyer is a very thorough doctor. He is compassionate and has an excellent bedside manner. He saved my husband's life. His staff is the best of the best. I am so grateful to his staff and Dr. Strohmeyer who make the patients care their priority. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Strohmeyer.
