I purchased my glasses from Timko’s office a Few years ago. I have been a faithful patient for 7 years. Not anymore. My expensive Sillouuette glasses broke at the bridge. Their reply was “ we can send for the bridge at $150 , and should be available in 3 days.” Well, I had no back up. I was in crisis mode ( hubby in ICU). . No problem solving on their end, just “ “oh well” attitude. I went to another eye glass place who took the time to remove my lenses from my broken glasses, and placed in a $100 frame. I purchased a 2nd frame ( over $500.00 ) for my long term solution. Just sayin... Timko couldn’t care less about helping me . Lost my business ! Danielle Collette
