May 2019. My daughter died 5 days after Dr. Shails tummy tuck. Please don't use him. Our family is suffering. Your response to me wasn't expected. I'm wondering what your going to tell your future patients what happened to my daughter. I guess it was her fault not yours that she passed. I am a 73 year old woman. I first started to notice my eyelids we causing a problem applying my eye makeup. Then, looking closer I realized how bad they were. I "bit the bullet" and decided to fix the problem. Everything went beyond my expectations. I am so happy, so many compliments. My eye makeup stays on now. I look wide awake. Hurray!

(Pt 3) you're subjecting yourself to do this all over again" referring to me fasting and the whole pre surgery process. When I left the office, it was over a week that had passed and I hadn't heard from anyone attempting to reschedule my surgery. I had to reach out to them to reschedule my revision and once I was there for the surgery I wasn't even fully sedated. I felt everything and was conscious. They told me to keep the band on 24/7 once again and that I did. It has been months now since my revision and my right breast remains the exact same as it did prior to the revision. I went through that pain and suffering for a second time for absolutely no reason. I emailed them expressing my frustration and I've heard nothing back. I finally had to call and make myself an appt and all he did was offer to do ANOTHER revision until it’s right. If you're going to spend your money getting any type of surgery done, I would not recommend going to Jeffrey Swail. What a waste.

I had a consult with Dr. Swail several weeks ago. My overall impression of his practice is he understaffed. I was concerned about my post-op care. Covid is possibly contributing to the sparse environment. I found Dr. Swail to be less than engaging. I don’t know if he was bored or arrogant or wasn’t really interested in my business. My instincts were eased when I read the review posted on October 8. It’s very unsettling to read that your surgeon, whom you thought his fee covered post-op care finds his son’s hockey game more important than reassuring his patient.

Terrible experience. Jeffrey (surgeon and owner) is extremely rude and doesn't seem to genuinely care about his patients and their health. They wanted me back for a post op 24 hours after surgery. When I couldn't make it because I was in so much pain, I had called to let the office know. Well, the following day, (Saturday) I felt liquid in my collarbones and when I pressed down it would feel bubbly. I called the emergency line in hopes of being reassured that all was okay and that it was normal. The response I got from Jeffrey was "I'm on my way to my sons hockey game and there's no way I'm missing it. I could try and meet you back at the office afterwards." I wasn't even asking him to see me, I was asking if he thought I should go to the hospital. He never called afterwards to see how I was doing or if it had gotten better or worse. After months of me wearing the band 24/7 in hopes of it dropping both breasts completely, my right breast remained higher and harder than the left. I was rescheduled for the revision 3 different times due to issues on their end. When I had gone in for my 12 pm surgery and was told that I would be in and out within an hour, I wasn't even taken back to have the IV put in until an hour of me waiting in the lobby. The nurse who gave me the IV said that they would try and have me out by 5 pm. I live an hour away and my fiancé and baby were waiting in the car for me. I told her that I would not be able to do the surgery that day if I would be at the office until 5 PM. She then said that Dr. Swail was very chatty and got behind. When Jeffrey entered the room, I expressed to him how I was frustrated because I was very flexible with them from the beginning and they still had me waiting. His response to me was, "this is a surgery, are you really wanting me to rush it? Today is just not a good day." Well, thats not my problem. I shouldnt have been scheduled on a day that they would just try and "squeeze me in." He then said, "are you sure? you're subjecting yourself to do this all over again" referring to me fasting and the whole pre surgery process. After 30 years with breast implants, I decided to have the implants removed and my breasts lifted. I found Dr. Swail after doing internet research. The consultation was informative. I felt comfortable with scheduling surgery with him. I am thrilled with the results!! His office is gorgeous and the staff is stellar. Phone calls were always returned promptly and the atmosphere in the office is welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Swail and his staff.

I first visited BVPS as a walk in - to get a feel for the staff, possibly observe clients, and, primarily, to view before/after photos, I was warmly greeted, directed to a before/after photo album (many plastic surgery offices don’t provide this or they provide stock photos), and also provided with an album of handwritten thank you notes. My feeling was...BVPS is proud of the work they do and they value transparency. In their busy office, I observed many healthy-looking clients coming and going and, as far as I could tell, make-up was not to credit. Fast forward to 6 weeks post-surgery and I couldn’t be happier. I sought correction of my tired-looking face; now I think I look as vibrant as I feel. Dr. Swail and his staff honored my desire to just look perkier. They didn’t try to oversell or over-surgery me. I am so happy with the treatment I received at Dr. Swail’s office. I had two consults at other offices before choosing where I wanted to go and I was blown away by Dr. Swail. Not only did I really like his before and after photos, but when I found out they didn’t charge anything for consultations that showed me that he is confident in his work. During my consultation with Dr. Swail he was very welcoming and spend over 45 min talking to me and answering all of my questions. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was and continues to be. Between breast feeding 2 children and getting older I had lost a lot of volume in my breasts leaving behind elongated nipples. This caused problems on many levels. There painful tearing that would happen at the base of my nipples, the fact that I was highly embarrassed by them, I never wanted them exposed, even for a minute, not to mention it really restricted what I could wear. I came to Dr. Swail in hopes of getting even a tiny bit of help. Well, I definitely came to the right place. From my first call to my last visit I have been treated like a friend, with kindness, compassion and care. The procedure was a piece of cake (for me at least, lol) and the recovery was easier than I had anticipated. I wish I would have done this years ago. My life has changed. Thank you Dr. Swail, truly, thank you.

Love my new and improved eyelids. Dr. Swail and his staff were professional every step of the way. I was well cared for and the experience exceeded my expectations. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more pre-op information. But I was able to find out everything I needed to know just by asking.

Dr. Swail and his staff gave me the best care when I came in for a breast augmentation consultation. They did not make me feel pressured into choosing a size, and answered all of my questions with the utmost professionalism. Scheduling the surgery was a breeze. On the day of the appt they made my husband and I wait for 40min to tell me that they do not accept Medicaid. I just don't understand why when I called and made the appt they told me yes. I was really impressed when I went for my consultation last week with how inviting the staff was. I was really nervous to have an appointment and discuss a rhinoplasty that I've wanted to do for years. The front desk was extremely welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. I met with Dr. Swail and he took photographs of my nose then spent a lot of time and explained my options. It was really helpful and easy to understand. I was very pleased with my consultation.

What was supposed to be a routine breast augmentation left me disfigured with extremely lopsided and uneven breasts. I developed a large seroma due to Dr Swails surigal techniques. His remedy was to take eight over the counter ibuprofen everyday keep coming in for revision surguries until he got it right. NO THANKS! Five months later I still have a large seroma, numerous health issues and swelling due to surgury. I plan to have implants removed by a different surgeon as soon as I am well.

I am very pleased with how Dr. Swail and his staff made my procedure extremely relaxed and comfortable. I was a bit anxious upon arrival, but was comforted immediately by his assistant Kelsey. She reassured me throughout my visit and constantly checked in to make sure that I was comfortable. Kelsey was excellent at keeping me updated and informed as to what to expect during the procedure. Dr. Swail performed my breast augmentation surgery about 6 months ago. I waited to write a review in order to really see how the "girls" settled. Everything is just as I had imagined! Dr. Swail is meticulous and compassionate, and his staff were all very professional. The incisions have healed well and are fading as expected. Everything about this surgery feels just right, and I would happily utilize Dr. Swail's expertise again.

Excellent surgeon. I had an eye lift performed by him and it made my face look years younger, without making me look like I'd had any plastic surgery done. Really an artist, because his work is very subtle and not drastic or fake looking.

I had lost weight and decided to improve the look, so I decided to have a TT and arm fat removed. Dr Swails didn't really seem interested in doing the surgeries,. I didn't see him before or after surgery. Checkups amounted to checking the drains, and pulling the drains out. I pd him so he was done..no Dr care there! I returned about 3-4 months later because I. heard a pop, pain then my stomach swelled, he told me to loose weight, I still have a swollen belly that hurts!! didn't gain weight!!
