The worst Surgeon ever. He put pins in my femur, four months later I am still on a walker, in significant pain, I am not getting better. He should have done a hip replacement instead of putting pins in my femur. Four months later, I am still on a walker. I see him in two weeks, he refuses to give me pain medication, and in my opinion he is the worst doctor I have ever run into. I would like to comment that I am an echo sonographer, I have worked in The medical field for 35 years. I have seen a lot of malpractice in my life. I have had three back surgeries and three knee surgeries, all successful. This is the first unsuccessful surgery I have ever had. I strongly advise you do not use this surgeon. I am sure that you recommend a hip replacement for me, I just can’t wait to see what kind of horror show the way to me when I come out of anesthesia. His name is Jeff Stephany, Mequon Wisconsin. This was my first time seeing Dr Stephany. I was very impressed with his overall demenior. Very patient and spoke in a level that I could understand. No wait time, very prompt service. Entire staff was very pleasant.

I had a complicated injury which included a SLAP tear. Dr. Stephany always explained my options clearly and made recommendations, while always making it clear that the direction we took was my decision. I eventually opted for a surgical repair which was successful. Following surgery, the therapy and rehab took time and patience. He worked with me to make sure we did not rush the process. My outcome was ultimately better than we initially expected. I believe that his conservative approach and patience played a large role in the successful outcome, as did the extraordinary job he did when we discovered more than we bargained for once he actually started the surgical procedure. Highly satisfied and highly recommended.
