I had to make a review after all these years. I love this doctor! I’ve been going to him since I was newborn now at 21 years old I still go to him. I’m going to cry when I have to switch doctors honestly. He’s very straight to the point and has a dad sense of humor. He’s cared about how my mom is feeling made jokes with her same with my dad. When I was younger I would constantly pop my shoulder out of its socket and he even let me and my mom come to his house to pop it back into place because he was off one of the days it went out of place. He’s amazing! The receptionist are also so sweet too my mom can vouch for that and say they are very easy to talk to and easy to get an appointment. Any bad review must of had him on a bad day because I’ve went to him for so long he’s just had days he was off but that’s because he’s still human and gets stressed out. Dr sliverstein has the most caring & nicest staff! Both Sharon & Debra have been so compassionate and helpful to myself and my children. Dr sliverstein is absolutely amazing dr. He was mine & all my siblings pediatrician and now my children’s!

Silverstein is the best, I've seen him for many years and had no problems

I took my kids from Dr Silverstein because the receptionist always have a stunk attitude. My son was 2 and he always cried when we go there and the Dr wil be upset with him . He made me wait until he calmed down for about 45mins . I just had to move on .

Doctor Silverstein may be a great doctor, however due to the staff at the office we will never return. When I called to make the appointment the service was poor, however I decided to proceed. My child needed a vaccination that was not provided by our family doctor. I was referred to Dr. Silverstein by my insurance provider.. I called and I am uncertain on which receptionist took the phone call, I believe it was "Debbie". After explaining my situation, about not currently having a primary pediatrician (since my 14 year old has been under the care of the family doctor), him needing the vaccination etc. She then proceeded to ask if we were looking to have Dr. Silverstein as our primary pediatrician in which I advised we possibly were. I was then asked a series of requests/questions which in my opinion subliminally implied we weren't looking to switch doctors... anyway the appointment was finally made. To no surprise, the day before the appointment when I received a confirmation call, we had to go through the same series of questions I previously answered. (Had I not been rushed off the phone after being sarcastically questioned the information would have probably been documented correctly and saved both of us time). On appointment day: From the phone call that was made prior to arriving (per COVID guidelines) and the abrupt instructions to come into "room 4 ", to the conversations about "parents not knowing reasons why" they shouldn't use a "family doctor held between the two ladies in front, ( not sure of names but possibly Debbie and Sharon).. which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Could that not have been a discussion that had once the patient they were talking about left? If that wasn't the icing on the cake how about the next conversation which occurred, when they proceeded to question the prior doctors and immunizations the patient had, once again as if they weren't there... Very unprofessional in my opinion, we definitely felt unwanted and will not be referring or returning...We are still uncertain if the the poor customer service and attitudes came from the fact they assumed we weren't planning on making Dr. Silverstein our primary pediatrician.. Great pediatrician and great staff. He is very thorough and my kids actually enjoy seeing him. Also makes himself easily available to answer questions and get you a visit quickly.

We're so blessed to have him as our children's pediatrician. He never gets annoyed at my hundreds of questions and he is always right! I am also so thankful for the ladies who run the office. They are so patient and understanding! Highly recommend.

Dr Silverstein has been our pediatrician for 23 years. He is smart, thorough and not an alarmist. He has been with my family from the birth of our first son who was born premature till now, with our fourth son graduating high school. I highly recommend Dr. Silverstein and his competent, friendly office staff.

Dr. Silverstein and the staff are wonderful. We have been going there for years and I cant sing their praises high enough. They are kind, responsive to all our concerns, thorough, always available when needed, and I always feel like we receive personalized care due to the level of respect, listening and thoughtful feedback while discussing the plan of care. They are very professional and any follow-up care is always well coordinated. I recommend this practice to everyone who needs a pediatrician. We have been with him for 23 years...great doctor...very caring

So funny and he has the softest hand ever every shot I get I don’t even feel he’s amazing and has a lot of dad jokes!!

Can’t say enough good things about Dr Silverstein and his staff. They truly care and it’s so nice to see and feel that as a first time mother.

terrible! Does not know his stuff... beware! Missed my child’s immunization, and they did not care! Missed major diagnosis
